【摘要】：隨著科技和經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)的城市化建設(shè)也在大跨步的前進(jìn),在城市化建設(shè)過程中,城市規(guī)劃是非常重要的,城市規(guī)劃是確保城市科學(xué)、合理、有序的建設(shè)發(fā)展的基本前提[1]。規(guī)劃監(jiān)督測(cè)量為城市規(guī)劃部門的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、決策、執(zhí)法等提供準(zhǔn)確可靠、現(xiàn)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)地理信息數(shù)據(jù)的測(cè)量。它為城市規(guī)劃、市政工程、建筑建設(shè)與施工,城市管理、土地的開發(fā)與利用,災(zāi)害預(yù)防和科學(xué)研究等方面提供了有力的測(cè)繪資料,不斷滿足城市現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)發(fā)展的需求[2]。規(guī)劃監(jiān)督測(cè)量在實(shí)際的工程建設(shè)過程中,起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,并且貫穿整個(gè)工程建設(shè)的始終,從最初期的建構(gòu)筑物的灰線放驗(yàn)線、到施工過程中的正負(fù)零驗(yàn)線,直至整個(gè)建筑封頂并且完成外立面的裝修裝飾的竣工驗(yàn)收測(cè)量。一整套流程的規(guī)劃監(jiān)督測(cè)量為工程施工的有序進(jìn)行提供的有力的保障[3]。本文通過相關(guān)工程實(shí)例,主要介紹了城市規(guī)劃監(jiān)督測(cè)量中比較常用的建筑物定位放樣測(cè)量、驗(yàn)線測(cè)量以及竣工驗(yàn)收測(cè)量的相關(guān)應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of science and technology and economy, the urbanization construction of our country is also making great strides forward. In the process of urbanization construction, urban planning is very important, and urban planning is to ensure the scientific and reasonable city. The basic premise of orderly construction and development [1] .Planning supervision and survey provides accurate and reliable measurement of basic geographic information data for urban planning departments, such as planning and design, decision making, law enforcement, etc. It is for urban planning, municipal engineering, etc. Building construction and construction, urban management, land development and utilization, disaster prevention and scientific research, etc., provide powerful surveying and mapping data, Continuously meet the needs of the development of urban modernization [2] .Planning supervision and survey plays a vital role in the actual construction process, and throughout the whole construction, from the initial period of the construction of the gray line inspection line, To the positive and negative zero inspection lines in the construction process, Until the whole building is sealed and the finished acceptance survey of the decoration and decoration of the outer facade is completed. The whole set of process planning supervision and survey provides a powerful guarantee for the orderly construction of the project [3]. This paper mainly introduces the relative applications of building positioning and lofting survey, line checking survey and completion acceptance survey, which are commonly used in urban planning supervision survey.
