基于節(jié)點—場所模型的高鐵站點地區(qū)規(guī)劃評價——以長三角地區(qū)為例

【摘要】:隨著我國高鐵建設的快速發(fā)展,沿途城市將高鐵站點作為城市發(fā)展新的增長極,對高鐵站點地區(qū)的規(guī)劃和建設給予了高度關注;谪愅欣锬岬"節(jié)點—場所"橄欖球模型,通過測算長三角地區(qū)26個高鐵站點的節(jié)點(交通)價值和場所(功能)價值,對高鐵站點地區(qū)的規(guī)劃進行實證評估。結果顯示:杭州東站、南京南站、宜興站等8個站點處于可持續(xù)發(fā)展狀態(tài),而大部分高鐵站點偏離可持續(xù)發(fā)展狀態(tài)。因此規(guī)劃建設主體應兼顧高鐵站點建設存在的潛力與風險,規(guī)劃中采取有效的方式促進高鐵站點地區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,以帶動城市整體發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-speed railway construction in China, cities along the way take high-speed railway stations as the new growth pole of urban development, and pay great attention to the planning and construction of high-speed railway stations. Based on Bertolini's "Node-place" rugby model, By calculating the node (traffic) value and site (function) value of 26 high-speed railway stations in the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper makes an empirical evaluation on the planning of the high-speed rail station area. The results show that: Hangzhou East Station, Nanjing South Station, Eight stations, such as Yixing Station, are in a state of sustainable development, while most of the high-speed railway stations deviate from the state of sustainable development. Therefore, the main body of planning and construction should take into account the potential and risks of the construction of high-speed railway stations. In order to promote the overall development of the city, an effective way to promote the sustainable development of high-speed railway station area is adopted in the planning.
