【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)人口老齡化問(wèn)題已經(jīng)受到我國(guó)政府及社會(huì)各界的高度關(guān)注,老年人居住問(wèn)題成為了關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。如何為老年人提供一個(gè)合適的住宅居住環(huán)境是解決老年人老有所安的關(guān)鍵。論文主要就是對(duì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)老年人的住宅室內(nèi)環(huán)境進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)分析,通過(guò)本篇論文的研究能夠更好地了解老年人的居住需求,有助于提高我國(guó)的老年人居住室內(nèi)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)水平,有助于為我國(guó)老年人提供一個(gè)更好的生活居住空間。論文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、案例研究法等研究方法對(duì)我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)老年人住宅的室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究分析。首先,利用文獻(xiàn)研究法闡述了我國(guó)老年人居住住宅室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí)以及狀況;其次,利用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)我國(guó)老年人對(duì)住房的需求進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從中可以看出我國(guó)老年人對(duì)于住房的面積要求不高,但是要求室內(nèi)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施要齊全;其三,分析研究了國(guó)外老年人室內(nèi)居住環(huán)境的建設(shè)情況,為我國(guó)老年人住房的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒作用;最后對(duì)老年人居住住宅室內(nèi)環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行全面深入的研討,并以具體的設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目案例加以佐證。希望通過(guò)本篇論文的研究能夠?yàn)槔夏曜≌覂?nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)提供一個(gè)有效的借鑒作用,進(jìn)而為老年人提供更好的居住環(huán)境,使得老年人可以安享晚年。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the problem of aging population has been highly concerned by our government and all walks of life. How to provide a suitable residential environment for the elderly is the key to solve the problem. This paper mainly focuses on the residential indoor environment of the elderly in cities and towns in China. Design analysis. Through the research of this paper, we can better understand the living needs of the elderly, and help to improve the level of residential indoor environment design of the elderly in China. It is helpful to provide a better living space for the elderly in our country. Case study method and other research methods to study and analyze the interior design of old people's residence in cities and towns in China. Firstly, the paper expounds the related knowledge and status of residential interior design of old people in our country by using the method of literature research. Secondly, the use of questionnaire survey of the demand for housing of the elderly in China, we can see that the elderly in our country for the area of housing requirements are not high, but the requirements for indoor infrastructure should be complete; Thirdly, the paper analyzes and studies the construction of the indoor living environment for the elderly in foreign countries, and provides reference for the design of the housing for the elderly in our country. At last, the interior environment design of the old people's residence is discussed thoroughly. Through the research of this paper, I hope to provide an effective reference for the interior design of the elderly residence, and then provide a better living environment for the elderly. So that the elderly can enjoy their old age.
