【摘要】:垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房是航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)技術(shù)區(qū)最重要的工業(yè)建筑之一,是實(shí)現(xiàn)航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)垂直組裝、垂直測(cè)試、垂直整體運(yùn)輸“三垂模式”的關(guān)鍵設(shè)施。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)中垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房大多都采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu),有部分采用混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),還沒(méi)有采用鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)的垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房。本文以我國(guó)正在新建的航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房為工程背景,在總結(jié)以往國(guó)內(nèi)外垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)形式和特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。本文對(duì)比分析了混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)三種形式垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及工程造價(jià),研究了鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的適用性。針對(duì)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房大廳屋蓋的特點(diǎn),選用了鋼筋混凝土箱型梁屋蓋、鋼桁架屋蓋、單層鉸接鋼屋蓋三種屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)形式進(jìn)行選型比較,研究其對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),施工難易程度以及其技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性等。通過(guò)對(duì)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的核心構(gòu)件活動(dòng)升降平臺(tái)和垂直轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)大門(mén)的特點(diǎn)和需求分析,對(duì)支撐活動(dòng)升降平臺(tái)的固定平臺(tái)和連接垂直轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)大門(mén)的大門(mén)門(mén)框進(jìn)行專(zhuān)門(mén)的研究,確定了懸挑桁架的固定平臺(tái)方案和“凸”型整體式鋼桁架大門(mén)門(mén)框的結(jié)構(gòu)方案。此外,本文應(yīng)用SATWE、PMSAP、ETABS等結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房在各種工況下的受力情況進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析,并將幾種軟件的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,以驗(yàn)證計(jì)算結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性?紤]到本工程位于我國(guó)沿海的強(qiáng)臺(tái)風(fēng)登陸區(qū),為了確保結(jié)構(gòu)的抗風(fēng)安全,本文還通過(guò)風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)對(duì)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房開(kāi)展了抗風(fēng)性能研究,試驗(yàn)給出了垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房在大門(mén)閉合和開(kāi)啟兩種狀態(tài)下的風(fēng)壓分布情況,為廠(chǎng)房結(jié)構(gòu)和構(gòu)件的抗風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)提供試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)和指導(dǎo)。鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究結(jié)果表明:鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房作為航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式,具有安全可靠、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)合理等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可以在今后的航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房及類(lèi)似建筑中進(jìn)行推廣應(yīng)用。鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)研究是對(duì)航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房結(jié)構(gòu)體系的補(bǔ)充,研究中得出的一些做法和建議,可為今后航天發(fā)射場(chǎng)垂直總裝測(cè)試廠(chǎng)房的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供參考,具有重要的社會(huì)、軍事效益。
[Abstract]:Vertical assembly test plant is one of the most important industrial buildings in the technical area of space launch site. It is the key facility to realize vertical assembly, vertical test and vertical transportation of "three vertical modes" in space launch site. The steel structure is mostly used in the vertical assembly test building of the spaceflight launch site at home and abroad, and the concrete structure is used partly. There is no vertical assembly test building with steel-concrete composite structure. This paper takes the new space launch site vertical assembly test building as the engineering background. On the basis of summing up the structural forms and characteristics of the vertical assembly test building at home and abroad, the structural system of the steel concrete composite structure vertical assembly test building is studied systematically. The concrete is compared and analyzed in this paper. Structure. The advantages and disadvantages and engineering cost of steel structure, steel-concrete composite structure and three forms of vertical assembly test workshop. According to the characteristics of the hall roof of the vertical assembly test workshop, the reinforced concrete box beam roof and steel truss roof are selected. Three types of single-story hinged steel roof structure were selected and compared to study their influence on the main structure and their advantages and disadvantages. Through the analysis of the characteristics and requirements of the moving lifting platform and vertical transfer gate of the core components of the vertical assembly test plant. The special research is carried out on the fixed platform supporting the movable lifting platform and the door frame connected to the vertical transfer gate. The fixed platform scheme of cantilever truss and the structural scheme of "convex" integral steel truss gate door frame are determined. In addition, SATWEN PMSAP is applied in this paper. The structural design software, such as ETABS, is used to calculate and analyze the stress situation of the steel concrete composite structure vertical assembly test building under various working conditions, and the calculation results of several kinds of software are compared. In order to verify the accuracy of the calculation results, considering that the project is located in the strong typhoon landing area along the coast of China, in order to ensure the safety of the structure against wind. The wind resistance of the vertical assembly test building is also studied by wind tunnel test. The wind pressure distribution of the vertical assembly test building under the condition of door closure and open is given. The experimental data and guidance are provided for the wind-resistant design of the structure and components of the powerhouse. The structural design results of the steel-concrete composite structure vertical assembly test powerhouse show that:. Steel-concrete composite structure vertical assembly test building as a new type of space launch site vertical assembly test building. It has the advantages of safety and reliability, advanced technology, reasonable economy and so on. It can be popularized and applied in the future space launch site vertical assembly test building and similar building. The structural Design Research of Steel-Concrete Composite structure Vertical Assembly Test Factory is for the Space launch site Vertical Assembly Test Plant. The supplement of the housing structure system. Some methods and suggestions obtained from the study can provide a reference for the structural design of the space launch site vertical assembly test building in the future, and have important social and military benefits.
