【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展也逐漸走向內(nèi)涵化、差異化和多元化,在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的背景導(dǎo)向下,小城鎮(zhèn)在規(guī)劃和建設(shè)實(shí)踐中正積極尋找新的突破方向。伴隨著江南水鄉(xiāng)古鎮(zhèn)旅游業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,小城鎮(zhèn)開(kāi)始將目光投向旅游業(yè),尤其是自然文化資源優(yōu)越的小城鎮(zhèn)日益重視旅游業(yè)為城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來(lái)的積極推動(dòng)作用。水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)作為以水資源為依托的特殊城鎮(zhèn)類(lèi)型,資源條件稟賦,在小城鎮(zhèn)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的帶動(dòng)下,積極發(fā)展旅游業(yè)是實(shí)現(xiàn)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)永續(xù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇。本研究以促進(jìn)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)旅游發(fā)展為目的,以旅游導(dǎo)向?yàn)楸尘?探討水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃和建設(shè)路徑。首先通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)目前的發(fā)展概況以及現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題分析,得出我國(guó)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)與發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。對(duì)擁有良好資源卻走入發(fā)展瓶頸的水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行問(wèn)題解讀,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化、生態(tài)環(huán)境、旅游資源開(kāi)發(fā)等方面進(jìn)行研究以探討現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題的本質(zhì)原因,從資源條件進(jìn)行客觀分析以尋找現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題的影響因素,期望通過(guò)全面準(zhǔn)確地把握水鄉(xiāng)現(xiàn)實(shí)條件,尋找水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的突破方向,即科學(xué)發(fā)展旅游是實(shí)現(xiàn)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)可持續(xù)良勢(shì)發(fā)展的有效路徑。論文主要從背景分析和經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒出發(fā),在明確水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)堅(jiān)持旅游業(yè)發(fā)展路徑不動(dòng)搖的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合烏鎮(zhèn)、周莊、西塘、同里等典型實(shí)證案例,確定旅游業(yè)帶動(dòng)下水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展模式及創(chuàng)新之處。在借鑒和反思中提出在旅游導(dǎo)向下水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃構(gòu)想,即從水系、建筑、產(chǎn)品和景觀四大角度探索水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的規(guī)劃對(duì)策,對(duì)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展旅游業(yè)加以引導(dǎo),保障水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的發(fā)展活力。并在規(guī)劃對(duì)策的主導(dǎo)下,從水系整治、建筑改造、文化提升、產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)、環(huán)境優(yōu)化、實(shí)施運(yùn)營(yíng)以及生態(tài)保護(hù)七大方面,深入研究探討旅游發(fā)展導(dǎo)向下水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)適宜的建設(shè)路徑,提出具有特殊針對(duì)性的水環(huán)境整治與開(kāi)發(fā)路徑、保留傳統(tǒng)建筑風(fēng)貌與優(yōu)化空間布局路徑、挖掘地域特色與注重文化傳承路徑、創(chuàng)新旅游產(chǎn)品與弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)民藝路徑、提升街巷形象與完善服務(wù)設(shè)施路徑、品牌策劃推廣與實(shí)施保障路徑,以及保護(hù)水域景觀與改善生態(tài)環(huán)境路徑,力求實(shí)現(xiàn)水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展。最后以安徽省馬鞍山市當(dāng)涂縣大隴鄉(xiāng)為例對(duì)論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容進(jìn)行了實(shí)例佐證。同時(shí)從社會(huì)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、生態(tài)學(xué)以及城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)等科學(xué)角度為旅游導(dǎo)向下水鄉(xiāng)小城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃和建設(shè)的路徑選擇提供相關(guān)的理論支撐,使本文研究具有更好的科學(xué)性與建設(shè)指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the accelerating process of urbanization in China, the development of small towns is gradually moving towards connotation, differentiation and diversification, under the background of new urbanization. Small towns in the planning and construction practice is actively looking for a new breakthrough direction. With the booming development of tourism in the ancient town of Jiangnan Water Township, small towns began to focus on tourism. In particular, small towns with superior natural and cultural resources pay more and more attention to the positive role that tourism brings to the urban economy. As a special type of towns relying on water resources, small towns in water townships are endowed with natural resources. Driven by the transformation and development of small towns, the active development of tourism is the realistic choice to realize the sustainable development of small towns in water towns.The purpose of this study is to promote the tourism development of small towns in waterborne areas, with the background of tourism-oriented. This paper discusses the planning and construction path of small towns in water towns.First, through the analysis of the current situation of the development of small towns in water townships in China and the problems existing in the present situation. Get the development characteristics and development trend of the small town of water town in our country. Analyze the problem of the small town of water town which has good resources but walk into the bottleneck of development, from economy, industry, culture, ecological environment. Tourism resources development and other aspects of the study to explore the essential reasons of the status of the problem, from the resource conditions of objective analysis to find out the impact of the current situation of factors, hoping to fully and accurately grasp the actual conditions of the water countryside. Looking for the breakthrough direction of the development of small towns in water towns, that is, scientific development of tourism is an effective way to realize the sustainable development of small towns in water villages. This paper mainly starts from background analysis and experience. On the basis of making clear the small town of water town adhere to the path of tourism development, combined with Wuzhen, Zhouzhuang, Xitang, Tongli and other typical empirical cases. To determine the tourism development model and innovation of small towns in Xiashui Township. In reference and reflection, the paper puts forward the planning concept of small towns in Xishui Township guided by tourism, that is, from the water system, the architecture. Product and landscape four major angles to explore the planning of small towns in water towns to guide the development of tourism to ensure the development of small towns in water towns vitality and under the guidance of planning countermeasures from the water system renovation. Building reconstruction, cultural upgrading, product development, environmental optimization, implementation of operations and ecological protection seven aspects, in-depth research and discussion of tourism development led to small towns in the water town suitable construction path. Put forward the water environment treatment and development path with special pertinence, preserve the traditional architectural style and appearance and optimize the space layout path, excavate the regional characteristic and pay attention to the path of cultural inheritance. Innovation of tourism products and the promotion of traditional folk art path, improve the image of streets and improve service facilities, brand planning, promotion and implementation of the path, as well as the protection of water landscape and improve the ecological environment path. In order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of small towns in water town, this paper takes Dalong Township, Dangtu County, Ma'anshan City, Anhui Province as an example to prove the research content of the paper. At the same time, from sociology, economics. Ecology, urban and rural planning and other scientific angles provide theoretical support for the path choice of planning and construction of small towns in water towns, which makes the study of this paper more scientific and instructive.
