【摘要】：近年來(lái)，我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)得到了長(zhǎng)足穩(wěn)健的發(fā)展。然而建筑工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題也屢屢曝出安全隱患，于是加強(qiáng)其質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督管理問(wèn)題逐漸受到重視。在新世紀(jì)下如何推動(dòng)建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展，完善建設(shè)工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)督體系，確保質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題成為重中之重。 本文主要針對(duì)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究。 首先，回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外工程質(zhì)量監(jiān)管體系的發(fā)展歷程，針對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)價(jià)段該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀深入挖掘可能出現(xiàn)的各種問(wèn)題，進(jìn)行概括、總結(jié)與分析。 其次，充分分析國(guó)外先進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系，了解其體系的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。通過(guò)比對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理體系存在的差異與環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)實(shí)際情況，，去其糟粕取其精華，優(yōu)化我國(guó)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理體系。 再次，結(jié)合建筑工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理實(shí)例對(duì)其進(jìn)行深入研究與探討，以分析國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)行工程項(xiàng)目監(jiān)督管理體系的問(wèn)題。 最后，提出我國(guó)建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理體系未來(lái)發(fā)展與完善的新思路。結(jié)合管理觀念、評(píng)估手段、各級(jí)監(jiān)督等多方面，參照國(guó)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)行工程項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量監(jiān)督管理體系的問(wèn)題提出切實(shí)可行的解決方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's construction industry has been rapid development of robust. But the quality problem of construction project has repeatedly exposed security risks, and strengthen the supervision and management of the quality problem has attracted much attention. How to promote the development of construction industry in the new century, perfecting the quality supervision system of construction projects, to ensure the quality and safety problems become heavy priority.
This paper mainly focuses on the quality supervision and management of construction projects.
First, we review the development process of the engineering quality supervision system at home and abroad, and summarize and analyze the possible problems based on the current development status of our current price section.
Secondly, the full analysis of the quality management system of foreign advanced project, understand the system advantage. The differences between the supervision and management system at home and abroad on the quality of the project and the current situation of environment, combined with the actual situation, to its dregs its essence, optimize the supervision management system of Engineering project quality in China.
Thirdly, combined with the example of construction project quality supervision and management, we do in-depth research and Discussion on it, so as to analyze the current domestic engineering project supervision and management system.
Finally, put forward new ideas for the future development of the supervision and management system of construction project quality in China and improvement. Combined with the management concept, evaluation methods, supervision and other aspects, according to the foreign advanced experience, the current domestic construction project quality supervision and management system problems and put forward practical solutions.
