【摘要】：第六次人口普查的結(jié)果表明,截至2010年底,我國(guó)已經(jīng)全面進(jìn)入老年社會(huì)。而目前我國(guó)針對(duì)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的研究與建設(shè),遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)落后于迅速膨脹的老年人口的需求。許多新建的大規(guī)模養(yǎng)老社區(qū)或老年公寓多以接受健康的自理老人為主,對(duì)老年康復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)的建設(shè)仍顯不足。近年來(lái),越來(lái)越多的專家學(xué)者關(guān)注老年建筑的研究,但是對(duì)于老人長(zhǎng)期入住、兼顧養(yǎng)老與治療的養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的專項(xiàng)研究在國(guó)內(nèi)少之又少。本文是針對(duì)醫(yī)養(yǎng)模式下的養(yǎng)老建筑內(nèi),與老年康復(fù)最直接相關(guān)的康復(fù)空間的設(shè)計(jì)研究。本文首先采取了資料收集的方式,范圍跨越建筑學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、老年學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,從老年人的生理狀態(tài)、心理狀態(tài)、身體模型尺寸以及康復(fù)空間所包含的機(jī)能訓(xùn)練、物理治療、健康管理等部門功能等方面探討康復(fù)空間的設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),還實(shí)地考察了國(guó)內(nèi)的康復(fù)醫(yī)院、療養(yǎng)院、養(yǎng)老護(hù)理院等,通過(guò)對(duì)實(shí)際案例的調(diào)查和總結(jié),歸納出有可操作意義并且切實(shí)可行的設(shè)計(jì)手法與依據(jù)。最后,結(jié)合實(shí)際工程——南京仙林國(guó)際醫(yī)院康復(fù)中心,通過(guò)針對(duì)本項(xiàng)目康復(fù)空間的設(shè)計(jì)分析研究,進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步探討,對(duì)未來(lái)中國(guó)醫(yī)養(yǎng)模式下的老年康復(fù)中心設(shè)計(jì)提出更多思考與建議。
[Abstract]:The result of 6th census shows that by end of 2010, our country has entered the old age society in an all-round way, and the research and construction of the old-age facilities in our country at present. It lags far behind the needs of the rapidly expanding elderly population. Many new large-scale pension communities or apartments for the elderly mainly accept the healthy self-care of the elderly, and the construction of rehabilitation institutions for the elderly is still insufficient in recent years. More and more experts and scholars pay more and more attention to the study of the elderly architecture, but for the elderly to stay for a long time. There are very few special researches on old-age facilities in China. This article is aimed at the old-age building under the medical care model. The research on the design of rehabilitation space which is most directly related to the rehabilitation of the elderly. Firstly, this paper adopts the method of data collection, covering the fields of architecture, medicine, gerontology, psychology, sociology and so on. This paper discusses the design of rehabilitation space from the aspects of physiological state, psychological state, body model size and functional training, physical therapy, health management and so on. Also has inspected the domestic rehabilitation hospital, the sanatorium, the old-age nursing home and so on, through the actual case investigation and the summary, has the operational significance and the feasible design method and the basis. Finally. Combined with the actual project-Nanjing Xianlin International Hospital Rehabilitation Center, through the project rehabilitation space design analysis, further discussion. More thoughts and suggestions on the design of the rehabilitation center for the elderly under the future medical care model in China are put forward.
