新型熱電熱泵冷風(fēng)機(jī)的性能研究

【摘要】:設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型熱電熱泵冷風(fēng)機(jī),建立了基于熱阻網(wǎng)絡(luò)法和換熱器理論的熱電熱泵冷風(fēng)機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,推導(dǎo)得出了能夠有效表征該熱電風(fēng)機(jī)制冷性能的多參數(shù)耦合方程,并利用該模型分析了制冷片工作電流、散熱熱阻和新風(fēng)流量的影響。然后以最大效率和最大制冷量、最小制冷片冷熱端溫差為綜合最優(yōu)為目標(biāo),對(duì)以上影響因素提出了最優(yōu)控制方案,并進(jìn)一步討論了熱電熱泵風(fēng)機(jī)的性能優(yōu)化方法。該多參數(shù)耦合分析方法,對(duì)于熱電冷風(fēng)機(jī)的研究具有很好的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:A new type of thermoelectric heat pump cooler is designed, and the mathematical model of thermoelectric heat pump cooler based on thermal resistance network method and heat exchanger theory is established. The multi-parameter coupling equation which can effectively characterize the refrigeration performance of the thermoelectric fan is derived, and the working current of the chiller is analyzed by using the model. The effect of heat dissipation resistance and fresh air flow rate. Then the optimal control scheme is put forward with the maximum efficiency and the maximum refrigerating capacity and the minimum temperature difference between the cold and hot end of the cooling plate as the comprehensive optimum. Furthermore, the performance optimization method of thermoelectric heat pump fan is discussed. The multi-parameter coupling analysis method has a good reference value for the research of thermoelectric air cooler.
