【摘要】：為了探究茅臺(tái)酒廠陳舊酒壇在鄰近三棟高樓爆破拆除過(guò)程中的振動(dòng)安全允許判據(jù)而進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),利用TC-4850N測(cè)振儀對(duì)試驗(yàn)?zāi)M的高樓觸地振動(dòng)和臺(tái)階爆破振動(dòng)分別進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。首先通過(guò)挖掘機(jī)炮頭在不同高度下沖擊地面模擬高聳建筑物倒塌觸地不同振動(dòng)速度,確定了酒壇在模擬最大39.27 cm/s(41.67 Hz)振動(dòng)作用下安全無(wú)損,通過(guò)臺(tái)階爆破振動(dòng)測(cè)試得到酒壇在10.18 cm/s(34.48 Hz)爆破振動(dòng)作用下沒(méi)有產(chǎn)生破壞,然后理論驗(yàn)算了酒壇位置處三棟高樓觸地振動(dòng)和爆破振動(dòng)速度均小于酒壇試驗(yàn)安全允許判據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:所提出的酒壇爆破振動(dòng)安全閾值的確定方法能夠較好的考慮工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn),理論驗(yàn)算和爆破效果表明其方法是可靠有效的,可供類似工程中確定安全閾值參考研究。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the vibration safety criterion of the old wine altar in the blasting demolition of the adjacent three tall buildings, the field test was carried out in order to explore the criterion of the vibration safety of the old wine altar in Maotai distillery. The ground contact vibration and the bench blasting vibration of the tested tall building were monitored by using TC-4850N vibration measuring instrument. Firstly, the ground was impacted by the gun head of excavator at different heights to simulate the collapse of the towering building without touching the ground. Same vibration speed. The maximum simulated vibration of 39.27 cm/s(41.67 Hz was determined to be safe and non-destructive. Through the vibration test of bench blasting, it is found that there is no damage to the wine altar under the action of 10.18 cm/s(34.48 Hz) blasting vibration. Then, the theoretical checking calculation shows that the vibration velocity of the three tall buildings at the place of the wine altar is less than that of the safety permit criterion of the wine altar test. The results show that:. The proposed method for determining the safety threshold of blasting vibration of the wine altar can better consider the engineering risk. Theoretical checking calculation and blasting effect show that the method is reliable and effective and can be used as a reference for the determination of safety threshold in similar engineering.
