考慮點(diǎn)蝕損傷的銹蝕鋼板延性退化

【摘要】:為研究點(diǎn)蝕損傷鋼板延性退化機(jī)理,采用三維形貌測(cè)量技術(shù)測(cè)得不同銹蝕程度鋼板表面點(diǎn)蝕坑幾何參數(shù),并通過(guò)單調(diào)拉伸試驗(yàn)和有限元數(shù)值分析研究了點(diǎn)蝕損傷對(duì)鋼板延性的影響.此外,根據(jù)應(yīng)力三軸度與點(diǎn)蝕坑深度、間距及深徑比間的關(guān)系,提出了與點(diǎn)蝕坑幾何尺寸相關(guān)的點(diǎn)蝕損傷鋼板等效延性斷裂準(zhǔn)則.結(jié)果表明:表面點(diǎn)蝕坑深度及深徑比均隨鋼板銹蝕程度的增加而線性增長(zhǎng);點(diǎn)蝕坑幾何尺寸的增長(zhǎng)顯著改變了鋼板內(nèi)部應(yīng)力三軸度的大小和分布,降低了等效塑性斷裂應(yīng)變,加快了頸縮階段鋼板內(nèi)部裂紋的萌生和擴(kuò)展,從而導(dǎo)致銹蝕鋼板極限伸長(zhǎng)率逐漸退化;采用等效延性斷裂準(zhǔn)則能準(zhǔn)確地模擬點(diǎn)蝕損傷導(dǎo)致的鋼板延性退化現(xiàn)象.
[Abstract]:For the study of pitting corrosion damage to steel ductility degradation mechanism, the 3D shape measurement technology measure different corrosion degree of steel plate surface pitting geometric parameters, and the effects of the damage on the steel plate ductility by pitting monotonic tensile test and finite element numerical analysis. In addition, according to the stress axis three degree and pit depth, spacing and depth to diameter ratio the relationship between the fracture pitting damage to steel equivalent ductility criterion associated with pit geometry. The results show that the surface pitting depth and aspect ratio were increased with the increase of steel corrosion extent and linear growth; point size of pits increase significantly changed the size and distribution of steel plate internal force of three axis and reduce the equivalent plastic strain to fracture, accelerate the necking stage plate internal crack initiation and propagation, which leads to corrosion of steel plate elongation gradually reduced; the equivalent ductility fracture The criterion can accurately simulate the ductile degradation of steel plate caused by pitting damage.
