【摘要】:再制造具有巨大的資源潛力、顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和明顯的環(huán)保作用,是節(jié)能減排大環(huán)境下先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的重要部分和發(fā)展方向。差速器總成是工程機(jī)械重要的零部件之一,差速器殼體結(jié)構(gòu)和形狀復(fù)雜,精度高,制造難度大,造價(jià)昂貴,是工程機(jī)械中具有再制造價(jià)值的零部件之一。由于工程機(jī)械工作環(huán)境的惡劣性和復(fù)雜性,差速器在使用過(guò)程中,主要零部件會(huì)發(fā)生磨損、磕碰、斷裂等而失效。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),差速器殼體的主要失效形式是磨損,磨損部位是在與半軸齒輪接觸的安裝面上,磨損失效后的殼體仍具有較大的儲(chǔ)備壽命,并具有可行的修復(fù)技術(shù)方法,可以通過(guò)表面工程技術(shù)恢復(fù)其磨損部位的尺寸,并賦予表面新的性能。為此,以差速器殼體為再制造對(duì)象,采用堆焊的再制造技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)一條專門(mén)針對(duì)殼體磨損面修復(fù)的高效率、自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線,以取代人工作業(yè),對(duì)于降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高生產(chǎn)效率,實(shí)現(xiàn)批量生產(chǎn),降低生產(chǎn)成本,推動(dòng)再制造的發(fā)展無(wú)疑具有很好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從產(chǎn)品失效模式分析出發(fā),根據(jù)差速器殼體的失效特點(diǎn),確定了利用亞激光瞬間冷焊技術(shù)在磨損表面上進(jìn)行堆焊的再制造工藝方案,進(jìn)行了專門(mén)針對(duì)差速器殼體磨損修復(fù)的再制造生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)計(jì)力求結(jié)合生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,在進(jìn)行車間工藝設(shè)計(jì)和平面布置的基礎(chǔ)上,按照再制造生產(chǎn)流程的要求,分別對(duì)再制造生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的拆解、清洗、檢測(cè)、修復(fù)等主要工序進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,選用相應(yīng)的技術(shù)方法和生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,并重點(diǎn)對(duì)生產(chǎn)線中的拆解、堆焊和輸送部分進(jìn)行研究。根據(jù)無(wú)損拆解的需要,專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了拆解專機(jī)。為實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程的自動(dòng)化,專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了自動(dòng)堆焊專機(jī)。為滿足物料輸送需求,專門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)了輥?zhàn)虞斔蜋C(jī)。為保證差速器拆解過(guò)程的合理性和可靠性,在拆解專機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)中,還運(yùn)用了價(jià)值工程的原理和方法進(jìn)行夾具的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)功能分析,在現(xiàn)有拆解夾具的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn),提高功能和降低成本,以更好地滿足夾具在差速器拆解過(guò)程中的使用要求。
[Abstract]:The remanufacturing has great resource potential, remarkable economic benefit and obvious environmental protection function. Differential assembly is one of the important parts of construction machinery. The structure and shape of differential shell is complex, the precision is high, and the manufacture is difficult. It is one of the parts with remanufacturing value in construction machinery. Because of the evil and complexity of the working environment of construction machinery, the main parts of the differential will be worn and bumped in the process of using. It is found that the main failure form of differential housing is wear, and the wear part is on the mounting surface in contact with half-shaft gear. The shell after wear failure still has a long reserve life. It also has a feasible repair technique, which can recover the size of the worn part by surface engineering technology, and endow the new performance of the surface. Therefore, the differential shell is taken as the remanufacturing object. By using the remanufacturing technology of surfacing welding, a high efficiency and automatic production line is designed to repair the worn surface of the shell, instead of manual work, which can reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency and realize batch production. It is undoubtedly of great practical significance to reduce production cost and promote the development of remanufacturing. Based on the analysis of the failure mode of the product, the failure characteristics of the differential housing are analyzed in this paper. The remanufacturing process of surfacing welding on the worn surface using sublaser instantaneous cold welding technology is determined. The design of the remanufacturing production line for the repair of the differential shell wear is carried out. The design is based on the process design and plane layout of the workshop in combination with the actual production. According to the requirements of the remanufacturing process, the main processes of the remanufacturing process, such as disassembly, cleaning, inspection, repair and so on, are designed and calculated, and the corresponding technical methods and production equipment are selected. In order to realize the automation of the production process, the disassembly, surfacing welding and conveying parts in the production line are studied. According to the need of non-destructive dismantling, the special disassembly machine is specially designed. The automatic surfacing welding machine is specially designed. In order to meet the requirement of material transportation, the roller conveyor is specially designed. In order to ensure the rationality and reliability of the disassembly process of the differential, the special machine is designed. The principle and method of value engineering are also used to optimize the design of the fixture. Through the function analysis, the structure of the fixture is improved on the basis of the existing disassembly of the fixture, which can improve the function and reduce the cost. In order to better meet the fixture in the differential disassembly process of the use of requirements.
