【摘要】：上海復(fù)旦軟件園配套項目采用2層整體地下室設(shè)計,抗浮設(shè)計要求高,原設(shè)計設(shè)置近2000根直徑800mm等截面抗拔樁,樁長約24m。為節(jié)省工程量,節(jié)約工程造價,現(xiàn)場實際選用直徑650mm擴底抗拔樁,并在現(xiàn)場進行多次擴孔機具的試驗改良,最終得到良好的成樁效果。樁基靜載荷試驗表明,在相同樁長條件下,直徑650mm擴底抗拔樁具備等同于直徑800mm等截面抗拔樁的承載能力。在保證結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計要求的同時,擴底抗拔樁擁有較好的經(jīng)濟性。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Fudan software park project adopts the design of 2 layer integral basement, anti floating design requirements, the original design set nearly 2000 800mm diameter uplift pile, pile length is about 24m. in order to save the engineering quantity, save project cost, the actual use of 650mm diameter pedestal pile, test improvement and many reaming machine at the scene, eventually get into good show. The effect of pile static load test of pile foundation, the condition of the same pile length, diameter 650mm of pedestal uplift piles have equal bearing capacity in the 800mm diameter uplift pile. To ensure the structural design requirements at the same time, pedestal pile has a better economy.
