【摘要】:近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的放緩和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化調(diào)整,我國煤炭行業(yè)正進(jìn)入一個新的嚴(yán)峻期。在巨大的行業(yè)與政策壓力下,如何優(yōu)化成本,降低支出成為擺在各大煤企面前的主要任務(wù)。中空注漿錨索技術(shù)是改善礦井安全、降低煤企運營成本的良好選擇。然而中空注漿錨索項目存在投資規(guī)模大、生產(chǎn)中的單件制作以及生產(chǎn)流程繁瑣性等特點。同時在項目的投資過程中還存在著其他影響項目實施的不確定因素。鑒于該項目中的諸多風(fēng)險因素,對項目的投資進(jìn)行風(fēng)險評價以及控制將尤為關(guān)鍵,即通過有效的風(fēng)險管理減小不確定,降低損失。對風(fēng)險進(jìn)行分析以及判斷的水平程度影響其決策,而企業(yè)決策的是否準(zhǔn)確又直接的影響了項目的成功與否。然而,當(dāng)前我國國內(nèi)在中空注漿錨索企業(yè)中還未大范圍開展項目投資風(fēng)險評估與管理的實踐與應(yīng)用。本文從項目風(fēng)險管理基礎(chǔ)理論出發(fā),對肥城HJ公司中空注漿錨索項目投資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行深入分析。首先,對肥城HJ公司現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并從宏觀環(huán)境風(fēng)險、市場風(fēng)險、技術(shù)風(fēng)險、運營風(fēng)險和財務(wù)風(fēng)險等五個方面對中空注漿錨索項目投資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行診斷;在此基礎(chǔ)上,挖掘了風(fēng)險形成的原因;其次,運用層次分析法和模糊綜合評價法對肥城HJ公司中空注漿錨索項目投資風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)和科學(xué)的測度和評價,評價結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)肥城HJ公司的中空注漿錨索項目風(fēng)險屬于中級風(fēng)險;最后,針對該項目的投資風(fēng)險狀況,提出了降低項目投資風(fēng)險,提升項目經(jīng)營效益的相關(guān)建議。目前在項目風(fēng)險研究領(lǐng)域缺少中空注漿錨索項目投資的風(fēng)險的研究,本文專門針對中空注漿錨索項目投資的風(fēng)險,以肥城HJ公司的中空注漿錨索項目投資為例,對其風(fēng)險進(jìn)行了深入分析和評價,并提出了對風(fēng)險進(jìn)行控制的意見和建議,具有實際應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the slowdown of economic growth and the optimization of economic structure, China's coal industry is entering a new severe period. Under the huge industry and policy pressure, how to optimize the cost. Reducing expenditure has become the main task in front of large coal enterprises. Hollow grouting anchor cable technology is a good choice to improve mine safety and reduce the operation cost of coal enterprises. However, there is a large scale of investment in hollow grouting anchor cable projects. At the same time in the investment process of the project there are other uncertain factors that affect the implementation of the project. In view of the many risk factors in the project. Risk evaluation and control of project investment will be particularly critical, that is, reducing uncertainty and loss through effective risk management. The level of risk analysis and judgment will affect its decision-making. However, the success of the project is directly influenced by the accuracy of the enterprise decision. At present, the practice and application of project investment risk assessment and management have not been carried out on a large scale in the hollow grouting anchor cable enterprises in our country. This paper starts from the basic theory of project risk management. The investment risk of hollow grouting anchor cable project in Feicheng HJ Company is analyzed deeply. Firstly, the present situation of Fecheng HJ Company is analyzed, and the macro environmental risk, market risk and technical risk are analyzed. The investment risk of hollow grouting anchor cable project is diagnosed from five aspects: operational risk and financial risk. On this basis, the causes of risk formation are excavated. Secondly, the investment risk of hollow grouting anchor cable project in Feicheng HJ Company is systematically and scientifically measured and evaluated by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the risk of hollow grouting anchor cable project in Feicheng HJ Company belongs to intermediate risk. Finally, aiming at the investment risk situation of the project, the paper puts forward to reduce the investment risk of the project. At present, there is a lack of research on the investment risk of hollow grouting anchor cable project in the field of project risk research, this paper focuses on the investment risk of hollow grouting anchor cable project. Taking the investment of hollow grouting anchor cable project in Feicheng HJ Company as an example, this paper makes a thorough analysis and evaluation of its risk, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions for risk control, which is of practical application value.
