【摘要】：美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)于2015年12月17日宣布將美國(guó)聯(lián)邦基金利率上浮25個(gè)基點(diǎn),通過匯率、利率兩個(gè)渠道影響涉匯主體。本文比較美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)加息前后匯率波動(dòng)及中美利差,分析福建省泉州市涉外企業(yè)跨境資金運(yùn)作新動(dòng)向,闡述外匯管理工作值得關(guān)注的問題,并提出加強(qiáng)人民幣匯率預(yù)期管理、完善外方利潤(rùn)管理、強(qiáng)化境外投資事中事后監(jiān)管等對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:On December 17,2015, the Federal Reserve announced that the Federal Fund's interest rate was raised by 25 basis points, and the main body of the foreign exchange was affected by two channels of exchange rate and interest rate. This paper compared the fluctuation of exchange rate and the difference between China and the United States before and after the interest rate increase of the Federal Reserve, analyzed the new trend of the cross-border capital operation of the foreign-related enterprises in Quanzhou, Fujian, and expounded the issue of the concern of foreign exchange management, and proposed to strengthen the expected management of the RMB exchange rate and improve the management of foreign profits. To strengthen the post-post supervision and other countermeasures in overseas investment.
