NC銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展策略研究

【摘要】:由于我國(guó)生產(chǎn)力不斷進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度較快,居民生活水平和質(zhì)量不斷提高,同時(shí)隨著住房、養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、教育等福利的貨幣化,越來(lái)越多的居民開(kāi)始加大對(duì)金融領(lǐng)域的投資力度,理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的需求與供給呈現(xiàn)不斷增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。而且,銀行之間為了維護(hù)經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,開(kāi)始對(duì)內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級(jí),很多商業(yè)銀行為了獲得更多的市場(chǎng)份額,加大對(duì)金融理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和創(chuàng)新,使之成為吸引并留住高端客戶的主要途徑。銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)是一項(xiàng)重大金融創(chuàng)新,是在國(guó)內(nèi)金融改革和分業(yè)監(jiān)管環(huán)境下發(fā)展起來(lái)的新興業(yè)務(wù),目前在市場(chǎng)上占據(jù)舉足輕重的地位。隨著理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展范圍領(lǐng)域不斷延伸,不但增強(qiáng)了商業(yè)銀行的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,而且可以將傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行與現(xiàn)代資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)有效地融合在一起,豐富了商業(yè)銀行表內(nèi)外綜合化經(jīng)營(yíng)管理內(nèi)容,為商業(yè)銀行的持續(xù)穩(wěn)健發(fā)展和經(jīng)營(yíng)轉(zhuǎn)型注入長(zhǎng)久動(dòng)力。2004年,光大銀行率先研發(fā)了人民幣理財(cái)產(chǎn)品,并且在市場(chǎng)上公開(kāi)發(fā)售,掀開(kāi)了國(guó)內(nèi)理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的新篇章。截止2015年末,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)不斷成熟和完善,業(yè)務(wù)所涉領(lǐng)域和范圍不斷拓寬,理財(cái)資金余額已經(jīng)超過(guò)了23萬(wàn)億元,我國(guó)金融理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)了歷史性的突破和跨越式的增長(zhǎng)。但是,跟國(guó)外相對(duì)成熟的理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)相比,我國(guó)在研發(fā)金融理財(cái)產(chǎn)品方面仍然存在著許多不足和問(wèn)題,應(yīng)及時(shí)制定有效戰(zhàn)略方案,將對(duì)推進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展起到積極作用,同時(shí)為未來(lái)我國(guó)金融領(lǐng)域全面發(fā)展積蓄力量。論文運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、金融學(xué)和營(yíng)銷學(xué)等理論,靜態(tài)分析與動(dòng)態(tài)分析相結(jié)合,提出了理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)新的發(fā)展方向和結(jié)構(gòu)框架。首先,本文全面闡述了理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和特點(diǎn),結(jié)合我國(guó)實(shí)際國(guó)情、民情,對(duì)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和歸納。本文重點(diǎn)以NC銀行為研究對(duì)象,詳細(xì)闡述了NC銀行發(fā)展的歷史背景和全過(guò)程,結(jié)合實(shí)踐進(jìn)行深入分析。同時(shí),還根據(jù)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的變化規(guī)律和內(nèi)在要求等,運(yùn)用SWOT法對(duì)NC銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行分析,最后針對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題以及問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié),針對(duì)性提出建設(shè)性的意見(jiàn)和戰(zhàn)略策劃方案。本文以NC銀行為例,NC銀行作為一家城市商業(yè)銀行,應(yīng)從明確理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)、明確理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)定位、加強(qiáng)理財(cái)品牌建設(shè)、加快產(chǎn)品研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、完善研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)等方面入手,逐步減少與國(guó)有、股份制商業(yè)銀行及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融理財(cái)產(chǎn)品之間的差距,發(fā)揮理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)在商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型中的重要作用,保障NC銀行在利率市場(chǎng)化環(huán)境下健康、有序、規(guī)范發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Due to the continuous progress of productive forces, rapid economic development and the continuous improvement of residents' living standards and quality, with the monetization of housing, pension, medical care, education and other welfare, more and more residents begin to increase their investment in the financial field, and the demand and supply of financial services show a growing trend. Moreover, in order to maintain operational efficiency, banks begin to optimize and upgrade their internal business structure. In order to obtain more market share, many commercial banks increase the development and innovation of financial products, so that they become the main way to attract and retain high-end customers. Bank financial management business is an important financial innovation, which is a new business developed under the environment of domestic financial reform and separate supervision. At present, it occupies an important position in the market. With the continuous extension of the development scope of financial management business, it not only enhances the market competitiveness of commercial banks, but also effectively integrates traditional commercial banks with modern asset management business, enriches the integrated management content inside and outside the balance sheet of commercial banks, and injects long-term impetus into the sustainable and steady development and business transformation of commercial banks. In 2004, Everbright Bank took the lead in developing RMB financial products. And in the market public sale, opened a new chapter in the development of domestic financial business. By the end of 2015, the financial management business of commercial banks in China has been matured and improved, the fields and scope of the business have been broadened, the balance of financial funds has exceeded 23 trillion yuan, and the financial and financial business of our country has achieved a historic breakthrough and leap-forward growth. However, compared with the relatively mature financial management business in foreign countries, there are still many shortcomings and problems in the research and development of financial products in our country. We should formulate an effective strategic plan in time, which will play a positive role in promoting the development of the financial business of commercial banks in our country, and at the same time, we should develop the savings force in the financial field of our country in an all-round way. Based on the theories of economics, finance and marketing, this paper puts forward the new development direction and structure framework of financial management business by combining static analysis with dynamic analysis. First of all, this paper comprehensively expounds the development and characteristics of financial management business, combined with the actual national conditions of our country, the situation of the people, the development characteristics and current situation of commercial banks in China are summarized and summarized. This paper focuses on NC bank as the research object, elaborated the historical background and the whole process of NC bank development in detail, combined with the practice to carry on the thorough analysis. At the same time, according to the changing law and internal requirements of the international market, the SWOT method is used to analyze the financial management business of NC bank. Finally, the existing problems and the causes of the problems are summarized, and constructive suggestions and strategic planning schemes are put forward. Taking NC Bank as an example, NC Bank, as a city commercial bank, should gradually reduce the gap with state-owned, joint-stock commercial banks and Internet financial products, and give full play to the important role of financial management business in the development and transformation of commercial banks from the aspects of defining the development objectives of financial management business, defining the market orientation of financial management business, strengthening the construction of financial management brand, speeding up the innovation of product research and development, and perfecting the construction of R & D team. To ensure the healthy, orderly and standardized development of NC bank in the market-oriented environment of interest rate.
