【摘要】：本文以PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務為研究對象,首先闡述了研究背景、研究意義和小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的相關理論;然后結(jié)合PF銀行長春分行基本情況,重點闡述PF銀行長春分行發(fā)展小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的必然性;以及PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的現(xiàn)狀;總結(jié)PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務存在的問題主要有:其專業(yè)化運營程度不高、風險管控能力較低、創(chuàng)新性金融產(chǎn)品不足、貸款審批操作不規(guī)范以及信貸風險管理不規(guī)范;同時從PF銀行長春分行、小微企業(yè)和其他方面三個角度分析PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務存在問題的原因。針對PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務所存在的問題,本文提出如下的解決對策:首先,提高PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸專業(yè)化運營水平;其次,提升PF銀行長春分行針對小微企業(yè)的風險管控能力;第三,增加PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)金融產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新能力;第四,完善PF銀行長春分行針對小微企業(yè)的信貸審批流程;第五,加強PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸風險控制與管理。本文的研究過程及結(jié)論對PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的發(fā)展具有一定的參考作用,結(jié)合相關理論知識和實際情況,提出科學的解決對策,對于促進PF銀行長春分行小微企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the small and micro enterprise credit business of PF Bank Changchun Branch as the research object. Firstly, it expounds the research background, the significance of the research and the related theory of the small micro enterprise credit business. Then, combining with the basic situation of PF Bank Changchun Branch, this paper focuses on the inevitability of PF Bank Changchun Branch developing small and micro-enterprise credit business, as well as the current situation of PF Bank Changchun Branch small and Micro-enterprise credit business. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the credit business of small and micro-enterprises in Changchun Branch of PF Bank: the degree of professional operation is not high, the ability of risk control is low, the innovative financial products are insufficient, the operation of loan approval is not standardized and the management of credit risk is not standardized. At the same time from the PF Bank Changchun Branch, small and micro-enterprises and other aspects of the three aspects of the PF Bank Changchun Branch of small and micro-enterprise credit business problems. In view of the problems existing in the small and micro-enterprise credit business of PF Bank Changchun Branch, this paper puts forward the following solutions: firstly, to improve the professional operation level of small and micro-enterprise credit of PF Bank Changchun Branch; Secondly, to enhance the risk control ability of PF Bank Changchun Branch for small and micro-enterprises; third, to increase the innovation ability of small and micro-enterprise financial products of PF Bank Changchun Branch; Fourth, improve the PF bank Changchun branch for small and micro-enterprise credit approval process; fifth, strengthen PF bank Changchun branch small and micro-enterprise credit risk control and management. The research process and conclusion of this paper can be used as a reference for the development of small and micro-enterprise credit business of PF Bank Changchun Branch. Combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge and practical situation, the scientific solutions are put forward. It is of great practical significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of small and micro-enterprise credit business of PF Bank Changchun Branch.
