基于要素視角的上市商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行作為金融業(yè)的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展水平不僅關(guān)系到我國(guó)金融業(yè)的整體狀況,同時(shí)由于商業(yè)銀行在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)中的資金融通和紐帶作用,因此對(duì)于其他行業(yè)的發(fā)展也會(huì)產(chǎn)生重要的影響。公開(kāi)數(shù)據(jù)顯示,2016年末我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行取得了將近1.7萬(wàn)億元人民幣的凈利潤(rùn)。然而,在商業(yè)銀行取得的巨額利潤(rùn)中,利息收入?yún)s占據(jù)了相當(dāng)大的比重,這說(shuō)明了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行過(guò)度依賴凈利差收入,以及中間業(yè)務(wù)和創(chuàng)新性業(yè)務(wù)欠缺的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步反映了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力明顯不足的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。因此,分析和研究商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力,無(wú)論對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行自身,還是對(duì)于我國(guó)金融行業(yè)乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)而言,都具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以創(chuàng)新要素為分析和研究的視角,嘗試構(gòu)建起一套評(píng)價(jià)和分析商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的完整體系,采用因子分析法及TOPSIS評(píng)價(jià)方法對(duì)我國(guó)16家上市商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化分析,從而得出16家上市商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的相對(duì)優(yōu)劣次序,以發(fā)現(xiàn)上市商業(yè)銀行創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀。研究結(jié)果表明:第一,從整體上看上市商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力和水平仍然較低;第二,上市商業(yè)銀行之間的創(chuàng)新能力發(fā)展較為不平衡,并且呈現(xiàn)出梯隊(duì)分布的特征;第三,部分上市商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力內(nèi)部分項(xiàng)發(fā)展不平衡,即在某些創(chuàng)新要素指標(biāo)上發(fā)展較為突出,而在其他創(chuàng)新要素指標(biāo)方面發(fā)展較為落后;第四,上市商業(yè)銀行的創(chuàng)新能力具有很大的發(fā)展動(dòng)力和機(jī)遇。據(jù)此,本文嘗試提出以下針對(duì)性的對(duì)策和建議:首先,綜合立法和行政部門、銀行業(yè)監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)、銀行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、商業(yè)銀行自身、科技企業(yè)等多方資源,為商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)拓創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)提供良好的環(huán)境和條件;其次,各商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)當(dāng)從創(chuàng)新要素投入、顧客需求及創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出、創(chuàng)新風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等創(chuàng)新能力的各方面出發(fā),著力提高自身整體創(chuàng)新能力,以縮小銀行間創(chuàng)新能力的差距;再次,揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)補(bǔ)短,商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)當(dāng)在保持自身創(chuàng)新能力優(yōu)勢(shì)方面的同時(shí),努力彌補(bǔ)創(chuàng)新能力的短板要素,努力做到創(chuàng)新能力各方面均衡發(fā)展;最后,商業(yè)銀行還應(yīng)不斷加強(qiáng)知識(shí)管理,形成創(chuàng)新的制度、文化和氛圍。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the financial industry, the development level of commercial banks is not only related to the overall situation of our financial industry, but also due to the role of commercial banks in the social and economic financing and ties. Therefore, the development of other industries will also have an important impact. China's commercial banks made a net profit of nearly 1.7 trillion yuan at the end of 2016, according to public data. However, among the huge profits made by commercial banks, interest income accounts for a large proportion, which shows that the commercial banks in China are over-dependent on net interest margin income, as well as the lack of intermediate business and innovative business. It further reflects the reality of the obvious shortage of innovation ability of commercial banks in our country. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze and study the innovative ability of commercial banks, not only for the commercial banks themselves, but also for the financial industry and even the whole society and economy of our country. This paper tries to construct a complete system to evaluate and analyze the innovation ability of commercial banks from the perspective of innovation factors. By using factor analysis method and TOPSIS evaluation method, the index of innovation ability of 16 listed commercial banks in China is analyzed quantitatively, and the relative order of innovation ability of 16 listed commercial banks is obtained. In order to find the status quo of innovation ability of listed commercial banks. The results show that: firstly, the innovation ability and level of listed commercial banks are still low; second, the development of innovation ability among listed commercial banks is unbalanced, and it shows the characteristics of echelon distribution. Third, the development of some listed commercial banks' innovation ability is not balanced, that is, the development of some innovation factors is more prominent, but the development of other innovative elements is relatively backward. Fourthly, the innovation ability of listed commercial banks has great development power and opportunity. Based on this, this paper tries to put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: first, comprehensive legislative and administrative departments, banking regulatory agencies, banking associations, commercial banks themselves, science and technology enterprises and other resources, To provide a good environment and conditions for commercial banks to open up innovative business; Secondly, commercial banks should focus on improving their overall innovation ability from the aspects of innovation factor input, customer demand, innovation output, innovation risk control and so on, in order to narrow the gap between banks' innovation ability. Thirdly, make up for each other's weakness, commercial banks should try hard to make up for the short board elements of innovation ability while maintaining their own advantages of innovation ability, and strive to achieve balanced development of innovation ability in all aspects. Finally, commercial banks should strengthen knowledge management and form innovative system, culture and atmosphere.
