【摘要】：文章以2010—2012年41家中國(guó)NGO小額信貸機(jī)構(gòu)為研究樣本,從理事會(huì)治理機(jī)制、機(jī)構(gòu)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和社會(huì)績(jī)效關(guān)系的角度建立多元線性回歸模型和曲線估計(jì)模型,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了NGO小額信貸機(jī)構(gòu)的治理效率。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):理事會(huì)規(guī)模與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和社會(huì)績(jī)效均呈倒U型相關(guān)關(guān)系;理事長(zhǎng)和總經(jīng)理兩職分離會(huì)優(yōu)化機(jī)構(gòu)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和社會(huì)績(jī)效;理事會(huì)會(huì)議次數(shù)與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效負(fù)相關(guān),與社會(huì)績(jī)效正相關(guān);設(shè)置監(jiān)事會(huì)可以改善機(jī)構(gòu)財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效和社會(huì)績(jī)效;女性理事占比與財(cái)務(wù)績(jī)效、社會(huì)績(jī)效正相關(guān)。上述實(shí)證結(jié)論對(duì)中國(guó)NGO小額信貸機(jī)構(gòu)改善治理效率有重要的政策啟示。
[Abstract]:Taking 41 NGO microfinance institutions in China from 2010 to 2012 as a research sample, this paper establishes a multivariate linear regression model and a curve estimation model from the perspective of governing mechanism of the governing Council and the relationship between financial performance and social performance. Empirical test of NGO microfinance institutions governance efficiency. The results show that the size of the board is inversely U related to the financial performance and social performance; the separation of director and general manager will optimize the financial performance and social performance of the organization; the number of board meetings is negatively correlated with the financial performance. Setting up supervisory board can improve the financial performance and social performance of institutions, and the proportion of female directors is positively correlated with financial performance and social performance. The above conclusions have important policy implications for improving the governance efficiency of NGO microfinance institutions in China.
