【摘要】：針對新常態(tài)下我國廣義貨幣增長效應(yīng)衰退的現(xiàn)象,本文從廣義貨幣供給層次分解的角度出發(fā),對我國不同經(jīng)濟階段下廣義貨幣供給的數(shù)字特征進行了分析,并且在其基礎(chǔ)之上通過時變參數(shù)向量自回歸(TVP-VAR)模型測度了M2結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對經(jīng)濟增長的影響機制。研究結(jié)果表明,我國廣義貨幣供給結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控的重心具有明顯的階段性特征,以次貸危機為分水嶺,在其前后M2結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)控的重心分別為國外凈資產(chǎn)部分與國內(nèi)信貸部分。并且M2中不同構(gòu)成項在調(diào)控經(jīng)濟增長方面具有明顯不同的調(diào)控路徑與力度差別。貨幣當局通過分部調(diào)控的貨幣政策工具能夠有效針對經(jīng)濟中的特定方面進行重點監(jiān)控與調(diào)整,從而引導促進經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,并更好的適應(yīng)新常態(tài)下我國宏觀經(jīng)濟的特點。
[Abstract]:In view of the phenomenon of the decline of the growth effect of broad money in China under the new normal, this paper analyzes the digital characteristics of the broad money supply in different economic stages of our country from the perspective of the hierarchical decomposition of the broad money supply. On the basis of it, the influence mechanism of M2 structural adjustment on economic growth is measured by time-varying parameter vector autoregressive (TVP-VAR) model. The results show that the center of gravity of the control of the broad money supply structure in China has obvious stage characteristics, with the sub-prime crisis as the watershed, the center of gravity of the M2 structure regulation before and after it is the foreign net assets part and the domestic credit part respectively. And the different components of M2 have obvious differences in regulating economic growth path and intensity. The monetary authorities can effectively monitor and adjust the specific aspects of the economy by means of the monetary policy tools controlled by different sections so as to guide and promote the structural transformation of the economy and better adapt to the characteristics of the macro economy in the new normal state.
