【摘要】：近年來,提升貨幣政策透明度成為了大多數(shù)國家央行的共識,但是,關于提升貨幣政策透明度的利弊也存在很多的爭議。本文系統(tǒng)地分析了提升貨幣政策透明度的利弊。將其收益概括為:有利于引導市場預期、有利于貨幣政策監(jiān)督、減少政策效果時滯以及增強政策可信度。同時將提升貨幣政策透明度的弊端歸納為:造成動態(tài)不一致問題、引起市場劇烈變動、影響央行政策獨立性以及抵消貨幣政策效果。最后,本文針對減少透明度帶來的弊端提出了政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, increasing the transparency of monetary policy has become the consensus of most central banks, but there is also a lot of controversy about the advantages and disadvantages of increasing transparency of monetary policy. This paper systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of improving the transparency of monetary policy. The results can be summarized as follows: it is helpful to guide market expectation, to supervise monetary policy, to reduce the delay of policy effect and to enhance policy credibility. At the same time, the disadvantages of improving the transparency of monetary policy are summarized as follows: cause dynamic inconsistency, cause drastic market changes, affect the independence of central bank policy and counteract the effect of monetary policy. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to reduce the disadvantages of transparency.
