【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型增長的總體趨勢表明,以高新技術(shù)為支撐核心的現(xiàn)代新興服務(wù)業(yè)將全面引領(lǐng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,成為經(jīng)濟(jì)獲取新增長動(dòng)能的重要領(lǐng)域。一些戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)在世界范圍內(nèi)異軍突起,成為了推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新驅(qū)動(dòng),科技金融正是在該經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。近年來,遼寧省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入新常態(tài),經(jīng)濟(jì)總量在逐年增加,但經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速度在逐年下降,同時(shí)隨著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化調(diào)整,科技金融正在全省范圍內(nèi)興起。在全省經(jīng)濟(jì)低迷以及經(jīng)濟(jì)增長乏力的現(xiàn)實(shí)背景下,本文選擇遼寧省科技金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展關(guān)系作為研究對(duì)象,從理論層面和實(shí)證角度試圖探索科技金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,有助于豐富科技金融理論體系,對(duì)遼寧省探索經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的新動(dòng)能具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以遼寧省科技金融作為主要研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了梳理,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)重點(diǎn)研究主體進(jìn)行了界定,以及梳理了科技金融理論、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長理論、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新理論等相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論,為本文的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,論文對(duì)遼寧省科技科技金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的梳理和實(shí)際分析,為本文的研究作好現(xiàn)實(shí)素材鋪墊。同時(shí),基于相關(guān)研究和理論基礎(chǔ),系統(tǒng)地分析了科技金融助推經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的機(jī)理,提出了科技金融助推經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“三途徑”假說,即助推經(jīng)濟(jì)總量增長、助推產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化和助推經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量提升。并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出本文研究的理論假設(shè),進(jìn)而利用收集的實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),采用ADF檢驗(yàn)、協(xié)整分析以及誤差修正模型等計(jì)量方法對(duì)遼寧省科技金融與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。最后,基于理論分析和實(shí)證分析,結(jié)合遼寧省實(shí)際,本文主要從優(yōu)化科技金融發(fā)展環(huán)境、構(gòu)建科技金融資金合力、完善科技金融市場以及健全科技金融中介服務(wù)平臺(tái)等方面提出了遼寧省科技金融助推經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:The general trend of economic transformation and growth indicates that the modern emerging service industry with high and new technology as the core will lead the economic development and become an important field for the economy to gain new growth momentum. Some strategic emerging industries have emerged all over the world and become a new driving force to promote economic development. Science and technology finance emerged as the times require under the situation of economic development. In recent years, the economic development of Liaoning Province has entered a new normal, the total economic volume is increasing year by year, but the speed of economic growth is decreasing year by year. At the same time, with the continuous optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure, the science and technology finance is rising in the whole province. Under the background of economic downturn and weak economic growth, this paper chooses the relationship between science and technology finance and economic development in Liaoning Province as the object of study, and tries to explore the internal relationship between science and technology finance and economic development from the theoretical and empirical perspectives. It is helpful to enrich the theory system of science, technology and finance, and has important practical significance to explore the new kinetic energy of economic growth in Liaoning province. In this paper, Liaoning Province science and technology finance as the main research object, first of all, at home and abroad related research results were combed, on the basis of this, the key research subjects were defined, and combed the theory of science and technology finance, economic growth theory. Technology innovation theory and other related basic theories, for this study laid a theoretical foundation. Secondly, the paper makes a detailed combing and practical analysis of the basic situation of the development of science and technology finance and economy in Liaoning Province, which lays the groundwork for the research of this paper. At the same time, on the basis of relevant research and theoretical basis, this paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of science and technology finance to promote economic development, and puts forward the hypothesis of "three ways" of science and technology finance to boost economic development, that is, to boost the total growth of economy. Promote the optimization of industrial structure and boost the quality of the economy. On this basis, the theoretical hypothesis of this paper is put forward, and then the relationship between science and technology finance and economic development in Liaoning Province is empirically tested by using ADF test, cointegration analysis and error correction model. Finally, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, combined with the reality of Liaoning Province, this paper mainly from the optimization of the environment for the development of science and technology finance, the construction of scientific and technological financial capital joint forces. In the aspects of perfecting the sci-tech financial market and perfecting the service platform of sci-tech financial intermediation, this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions for promoting the economic development in Liaoning Province.
