【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)借助現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)金融行業(yè)進(jìn)行滲透和重塑所形成的新型金融業(yè)態(tài),其核心理念在于共享和普惠。共享經(jīng)濟(jì)作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的新型經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形式,是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融向垂直和縱深發(fā)展的重要趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融模式已初步形成京東、淘寶和追夢(mèng)網(wǎng)三足鼎立的局面,但仍存在法律體系不健全、監(jiān)管機(jī)制不完善以及企業(yè)進(jìn)入與退出機(jī)制不成熟等諸多問題。立足國(guó)家宏觀監(jiān)管與內(nèi)部微觀管理,加快互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融法律建設(shè),完善互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融監(jiān)管機(jī)制,建立企業(yè)內(nèi)部風(fēng)控機(jī)制,施行政府線下審核雙保險(xiǎn)機(jī)制勢(shì)在必行。
[Abstract]:Internet finance is a new financial form which is formed by Internet enterprises infiltrating and reinventing the traditional financial industry with the help of modern information technology. The core idea of Internet finance is to share and make full use of it. As a new form of economic development in the Internet era, sharing economy is an important trend of the vertical and deep development of Internet finance. China's Internet financial model has initially formed the situation of JingDong, Taobao and trinity, but there are still many problems, such as imperfect legal system, imperfect supervision mechanism, immature entry and exit mechanism of enterprises and so on. It is imperative to quicken the legal construction of Internet finance, perfect the mechanism of Internet financial supervision, set up the internal wind control mechanism of enterprises and carry out the double insurance mechanism under the government line based on the national macro-supervision and internal micro-management.
