【摘要】：本文運用匹配的中國工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫和中國海關(guān)總署企業(yè)進出口數(shù)據(jù)庫來構(gòu)建企業(yè)層面的匯率暴露指標(biāo),并利用2005年人民幣匯率制度改革來識別匯率沖擊對企業(yè)退出行為的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,2005年人民幣匯率制度改革引致的匯率沖擊通過影響企業(yè)面臨的競爭環(huán)境,提高了企業(yè)退出的可能性,匯率沖擊能夠解釋部分企業(yè)的退出行為。進一步的分析表明,匯率沖擊對生產(chǎn)率低的企業(yè)的退出影響更大,起到了改善要素配置效率的作用,這表明匯率在促進產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和經(jīng)濟增長方式轉(zhuǎn)型中發(fā)揮了作用。此外,企業(yè)面臨的融資約束在匯率沖擊對企業(yè)退出行為的影響中扮演了重要的角色,企業(yè)融資能夠緩解匯率沖擊帶來的負面影響。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the matching database of Chinese industrial enterprises and the import and export database of enterprises of the General Administration of Customs of China are used to construct the exchange rate exposure index at the enterprise level. And use the RMB exchange rate system reform in 2005 to identify the impact of exchange rate shock on the withdrawal behavior of enterprises. The research results show that the exchange rate shock caused by the RMB exchange rate regime reform in 2005 can improve the possibility of enterprise withdrawal by influencing the competitive environment faced by enterprises. The exchange rate shock can explain the withdrawal behavior of some enterprises. Further analysis shows that the impact of exchange rate shock on the withdrawal of enterprises with low productivity is greater, and it plays a role in improving the efficiency of factor allocation, which indicates that exchange rate plays a role in promoting the adjustment of industrial structure and the transformation of economic growth mode. In addition, the financing constraints faced by enterprises play an important role in the impact of exchange rate shocks on the withdrawal behavior of enterprises. Corporate financing can mitigate the negative impact of exchange rate shocks.
