【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)變遷和金融環(huán)境變化推動著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與金融相向而行,其結(jié)果是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的產(chǎn)生和不斷發(fā)展。從制度金融學來看,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的本質(zhì)是技術(shù)推動下的一種金融制度變遷。從金融功能觀來看,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融可以分為第三方支付、虛擬金融中介、網(wǎng)絡(luò)直銷和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融門戶四種基本模式,在一定程度上替代了商業(yè)銀行的支付結(jié)算、存貸款金融中介、財富管理等功能,從而對商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理帶來沖擊。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融時代,商業(yè)銀行賴以生存的外部環(huán)境已經(jīng)發(fā)生系統(tǒng)性變化,金融脫媒日益加劇,新的金融業(yè)態(tài)不斷出現(xiàn),而商業(yè)銀行之間的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、金融產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)也有趨同化趨勢。面對新形勢、新挑戰(zhàn),商業(yè)銀行要采取科技立行、以人為本、合作變革、細節(jié)取勝的戰(zhàn)略導向,方能重塑核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:Internet technology changes and financial environment changes promote the Internet and finance in the opposite direction, the result is the emergence and continuous development of Internet finance. From the point of view of institutional finance, the essence of Internet finance is a kind of financial institutional change promoted by technology. From the view of financial function, Internet finance can be divided into four basic modes: third party payment, virtual financial intermediary, network direct selling and Internet financial portal, which to some extent replace commercial bank's payment and settlement, deposit and loan financial intermediary. Wealth management and other functions, thus bringing impact on the management of commercial banks. In the era of Internet finance, the external environment on which commercial banks rely for survival has undergone systematic changes, the financial disintermediation has been increasingly intensified, new financial formats have been emerging, and the development strategies between commercial banks, Financial products and services also tend to converge. Facing the new situation and the new challenge, the commercial banks should adopt the strategic guidance of science and technology, people-oriented, cooperative change, and win in detail, in order to rebuild the core competitiveness.
