【摘要】：基于我國(guó)科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略和"十二五"時(shí)期擴(kuò)大科技創(chuàng)新的制度背景,構(gòu)建理論模型以分析異質(zhì)要素資本對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的作用機(jī)理。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用滬深兩市2008-2013年度A股企業(yè)樣本數(shù)據(jù)探討技術(shù)資本和知識(shí)資本與企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的關(guān)系,考察了技術(shù)資本與知識(shí)資本配置結(jié)構(gòu)如何影響企業(yè)成長(zhǎng),進(jìn)而驗(yàn)證了當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下二者對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的相對(duì)重要性。研究結(jié)果表明,技術(shù)資本和知識(shí)資本的均衡配置有利于企業(yè)成長(zhǎng);技術(shù)資本和知識(shí)資本具有協(xié)同和均衡效應(yīng),二者應(yīng)共同投資且在要素資本結(jié)構(gòu)中的比重不能差距過(guò)大。以企業(yè)當(dāng)前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r而言,技術(shù)資本對(duì)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)比知識(shí)資本更大,該研究為我國(guó)企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)和優(yōu)化要素資本配置結(jié)構(gòu)提供了有益參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the institutional background of expanding scientific and technological innovation during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, this paper constructs a theoretical model to analyze the mechanism of the action of heterogeneous factor capital on the growth of enterprises. On this basis, the relationship between technological capital and knowledge capital and the growth of enterprises is discussed by using the sample data of A-share companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2008 to 2013, and how the configuration structure of technological capital and knowledge capital affects the growth of enterprises is investigated. Furthermore, it verifies the relative importance of both of them to the growth of enterprises in the current market environment. The results show that the balanced allocation of technological capital and knowledge capital is conducive to the growth of enterprises, and that technological capital and intellectual capital have synergistic and equilibrium effects, and they should be invested together and their proportion in the structure of factor capital should not be too large. The contribution of technological capital to the growth of enterprises is greater than that of intellectual capital in terms of the current development of enterprises. This study provides a useful reference for the growth of Chinese enterprises and the optimization of the allocation structure of factor capital.
