【摘要】：隨著中國的經(jīng)濟實力提升,中國在國際上的地位一路攀升,中國在國際間的貿(mào)易往來和資本流動,都到了日益重要的階段。人民幣作為中國在國際間合作的媒介,越來越受到學(xué)界重視,人民幣國際化問題日漸成為研究的熱點。同時,由于2015年出臺的"811"匯改,中國的匯率制度有了重大改革,這樣的變化,帶來了一系列的影響,同時也對人民幣的國際化帶來影響。在人民幣國際化的眾多影響因素中,匯率波動是一個的重要因素。本文的目標(biāo)是將二者結(jié)合起來,研究二者之間存在的關(guān)系,以此為基礎(chǔ)提出一些建議,能夠?qū)θ嗣駧艊H化進程起到推進的作用。本文的理論部分首先闡述了受到公認的貨幣國際化影響因素是如何對貨幣國際化產(chǎn)生影響的。之后聚焦到匯率波動上。匯率波動對資本市場和國際貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的影響會間接傳導(dǎo)到貨幣國際化上。所以文章將匯率波動對資本市場的影響途徑和匯率波動對國際貿(mào)易的影響途徑分開來詳細闡述,理清了匯率波動對貨幣國際化的影響路徑。從歷史借鑒的角度,本文研究了貨幣匯率的波動對貨幣國際化的影響事實。文章選取馬克、日元和歐元作為借鑒貨幣,對三種貨幣在國際化中經(jīng)歷的不同階段進行闡述,同時結(jié)合相應(yīng)階段的匯率變動,從而直觀而真實地展現(xiàn)出三國貨幣國際化中匯率波動的影響。為人民幣國際化提供可參考的經(jīng)驗。實證分析則集中在證明匯率波動對人民幣國際化的影響。本文以人民幣國際化作為被解釋變量,將匯率波動作為解釋變量,將經(jīng)濟實力、金融市場發(fā)達程度、通貨膨脹、利差作為控制變量,選取2003Q1—2015Q2的中國市場的季度數(shù)據(jù),建立計量模型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):中國的經(jīng)濟實力對人民幣國際化程度有較大的積極影響,金融市場發(fā)展指標(biāo)對人民幣國際化有顯著的積極影響,而解釋變量匯率波動對人民幣國際化有顯著負影響。這一結(jié)論與現(xiàn)實預(yù)期基本一致,面臨波動率的匯率的貨幣以為這較高的持有風(fēng)險,將削弱市場對該貨幣的持有信心,不利于高貨幣的國際化進程。最后,以實證研究結(jié)果為參考,本文提出一些政策建議,認為中國應(yīng)該以經(jīng)濟發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ),保持匯率為前提,健全人民幣匯率制度,加強完善金融市場,并且提高貨幣政策穩(wěn)定性同時增加中國的國際地位,以此來逐步推進人民幣國際化。
[Abstract]:With China's economic strength rising, China's position in the international community has climbed, and China's international trade and capital flows have reached an increasingly important stage. As the media of China's international cooperation, RMB has been paid more and more attention by academic circles, and the internationalization of RMB has become a hot topic. At the same time, as a result of the "811" currency reform introduced in 2015, China's exchange rate regime has undergone a major reform, which has brought about a series of effects, as well as an impact on the internationalization of the renminbi. Among the many influencing factors of RMB internationalization, exchange rate fluctuation is an important factor. The purpose of this paper is to combine the two, study the relationship between them, and put forward some suggestions on this basis, which can promote the process of RMB internationalization. In the theoretical part of this paper, we first explain how the recognized factors of currency internationalization influence currency internationalization. Then focus on exchange rate fluctuations. The impact of exchange rate fluctuations on capital markets and international trade is indirectly transmitted to currency internationalization. Therefore, the influence of exchange rate fluctuation on capital market and the influence of exchange rate fluctuation on international trade are discussed in detail, and the influence path of exchange rate fluctuation on currency internationalization is clarified. From the historical point of view, this paper studies the influence of currency exchange rate fluctuation on currency internationalization. This paper selects Mark, Japanese yen and euro as reference currencies to expound the different stages experienced by the three currencies in the process of internationalization, and at the same time, combine with the exchange rate changes in the corresponding stages. Thus, the effect of exchange rate fluctuation in the internationalization of the three countries' currencies is shown intuitively and truthfully. Provide reference experience for RMB internationalization. The empirical analysis focuses on proving the impact of exchange rate fluctuations on RMB internationalization. This paper takes RMB internationalization as explanatory variable, exchange rate fluctuation as explanatory variable, economic strength, financial market development, inflation and spread as controlling variables, and selects quarterly data of China market of 2003Q1-2015Q2. The measurement model is established. It is found that China's economic strength has a great positive impact on the degree of RMB internationalization, the financial market development index has a significant positive impact on RMB internationalization, and the explanatory variable exchange rate fluctuation has a significant negative impact on RMB internationalization. This conclusion is basically in line with realistic expectations. Currencies facing volatility believe that this higher risk of holding will weaken market confidence in the currency and undermine the internationalization process of high currencies. Finally, based on the empirical research results, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions that China should take economic development as the foundation, maintain the exchange rate as the premise, perfect the RMB exchange rate system, strengthen and perfect the financial market. And improve the stability of monetary policy and increase China's international status, so as to gradually promote the internationalization of the renminbi.
