【摘要】：構(gòu)建Tapio脫鉤分解模型,探究我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資與能源消費(fèi)整體關(guān)系以及對(duì)外直接投資內(nèi)部渠道對(duì)能源消費(fèi)具體作用形式。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明我國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資增速與能源消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)之間基本存在弱脫鉤關(guān)系,ODI技術(shù)效應(yīng)和ODI結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)主要抑制能源消費(fèi)增加,ODI規(guī)模效應(yīng)促進(jìn)能源消費(fèi)增長(zhǎng)。建議繼續(xù)加大對(duì)外直接投資力度的同時(shí)更加重視節(jié)能核心技術(shù)的獲取,充分發(fā)揮對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)節(jié)能減排的積極作用。
[Abstract]:The Tapio decoupling decomposition model is constructed to explore the overall relationship between China's foreign direct investment and energy consumption, as well as the specific forms of the internal channels of foreign direct investment on energy consumption. The empirical results show that there is a weak decoupling relationship between the growth rate of foreign direct investment and the growth of energy consumption. The technical effect of ODI and the structure effect of ODI mainly restrain the increase of energy consumption and promote the growth of energy consumption. It is suggested that we should pay more attention to the acquisition of energy saving core technologies while increasing the intensity of foreign direct investment, and give full play to the positive role of foreign direct investment in energy saving and emission reduction in China.
