【摘要】：金融產業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經濟的核心產業(yè),是調節(jié)宏觀經濟的重要杠桿,對經濟社會的影響不斷擴大,而且隨著全球一體化的不斷深入,發(fā)展金融產業(yè)已經成為大勢所趨。江西省作為中部省份之一,金融產業(yè)發(fā)展相對滯后,各設區(qū)市之間金融產業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出明顯的非均衡狀態(tài),且金融差異的不斷擴大不但限制了產業(yè)自身的發(fā)展,而且影響了地區(qū)的發(fā)展。而金融產業(yè)集聚能夠推動產業(yè)擴張,提高金融配置效率,帶來經濟效益,進而促進產業(yè)自身及周邊地區(qū)發(fā)展,因而研究江西省金融產業(yè)集聚相關問題意義重大。本文通過現(xiàn)狀分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)江西省銀行業(yè)發(fā)展勢頭強勁,證券業(yè)次之,保險業(yè)較差。本文從金融發(fā)展程度、儲蓄資源、貸款資源、保險資源四方面將江西省與周邊六個相鄰省份進行對比,結果顯示,除金融發(fā)展程度外,江西省其余三方面均落后于其他六省。本文運用泰爾指數來研究江西省金融產業(yè)的規(guī)模、結構、效率三方面的區(qū)域差異,得出的結果顯示:2000—2014年,江西省金融產業(yè)區(qū)域差異不斷擴大;2014年,金融規(guī)模差異主要表現(xiàn)為贛北經濟片區(qū)內部的差異,其余兩方面差異均主要表現(xiàn)為贛西經濟片區(qū)內部的差異。本文采用區(qū)位熵方法對江西省金融產業(yè)的集聚度進行測度,結果發(fā)現(xiàn):2000—2014年,江西省金融產業(yè)的集聚度有所下降,四大經濟片區(qū)之間、各設區(qū)市之間的集聚度相差較大;2014年,江西省四大經濟片區(qū)分別形成了以南昌市、鷹潭市、贛州市、宜春市為中心的集聚發(fā)展格局。本文運用Moran’s I和Geary’s C指數對江西省金融產業(yè)的全局和局域的空間相關性進行檢驗,得出結論:2000—2014年,江西省金融產業(yè)在經濟空間上存在正向空間相關關系,且產業(yè)集聚表現(xiàn)出明顯的空間依賴性。本文使用2000—2014年江西省11個設區(qū)市的面板數據,采用基于經濟距離空間權重矩陣的空間面板誤差模型對金融產業(yè)集聚的影響因素進行了分析,結果顯示:模型設定的七個因素均比較顯著;開放程度、基礎設施建設、人力資本投資、政府行為對金融集聚的形成起抑制作用;工業(yè)支撐、經濟基礎、金融機構業(yè)務對金融集聚的形成起促進作用。最后,本文對今后江西省金融產業(yè)的集聚發(fā)展提出了政策建議:加強區(qū)域金融合作,優(yōu)化區(qū)域金融布局;推動區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展,帶動金融產業(yè)集聚;加強基礎設施建設,營造金融集聚環(huán)境;引進高端金融人才,減少金融人才外流;促進區(qū)域金融創(chuàng)新,提高金融業(yè)務水平。
[Abstract]:Financial industry is the core industry of modern economy and an important lever to regulate macro-economy. The influence of financial industry on economy and society is expanding. With the deepening of global integration, the development of financial industry has become the trend of the times. As one of the central provinces in Jiangxi Province, the development of financial industry is relatively lagging behind, and the development of financial industry between districts and cities presents an obvious unbalanced state, and the continuous expansion of financial differences not only limits the development of the industry itself. And affected the development of the region. The agglomeration of financial industry can promote the expansion of industry, improve the efficiency of financial allocation, bring economic benefits, and then promote the development of the industry itself and the surrounding areas, so it is of great significance to study the related issues of financial industry agglomeration in Jiangxi Province. Through the analysis of the present situation, it is found that the banking industry in Jiangxi Province has a strong development momentum, followed by the securities industry and the insurance industry. This paper compares Jiangxi Province with six neighboring provinces in terms of financial development level, savings resources, loan resources and insurance resources. The results show that the other three aspects of Jiangxi Province lag behind the other six provinces except the degree of financial development. This paper studies the regional differences in the scale, structure and efficiency of the financial industry in Jiangxi Province by using the Thiel Index. The results show that the regional differences in the financial industry of Jiangxi Province have been expanding from 2000 to 2014. The difference of financial scale is mainly the difference within the economic district of north Jiangxi, and the difference of the other two aspects is mainly the difference within the economic region of western Jiangxi. This paper uses the method of location entropy to measure the convergence degree of financial industry in Jiangxi Province. The results show that the convergence degree of financial industry in Jiangxi Province has decreased from 2000 to 2014, and the convergence degree of financial industry in Jiangxi Province has a great difference among the four economic regions. The four economic regions of Jiangxi Province have formed a pattern of agglomeration and development centered on Nanchang, Yingtan, Ganzhou and Yichun. This paper uses Moran's I and Geary's C index to test the global and local spatial correlation of financial industry in Jiangxi Province, and draws a conclusion that there is a positive spatial correlation relationship between financial industry and financial industry in Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2014. And industrial agglomeration shows obvious spatial dependence. In this paper, using the panel data of 11 districts in Jiangxi Province from 2000 to 2014, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the financial industry agglomeration by using the spatial panel error model based on the economic distance spatial weight matrix. The results show that the seven factors of model setting are significant; the degree of openness, infrastructure construction, investment in human capital, government behavior inhibit the formation of financial agglomeration, industrial support, economic foundation, The business of financial institutions promotes the formation of financial agglomeration. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the agglomeration of financial industry in Jiangxi Province: strengthening regional financial cooperation, optimizing regional financial layout, promoting regional economic development, promoting financial industry agglomeration, strengthening infrastructure construction, Create a financial agglomeration environment; introduce high-end financial talents, reduce the outflow of financial talent; promote regional financial innovation, improve the level of financial business.
