九江銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)城市商業(yè)銀行最早組建于1995年,經(jīng)過(guò)15年的發(fā)展,已成為我國(guó)銀行體系中一支富有活力的生力軍。作為中國(guó)銀行業(yè)第三梯隊(duì)的城市商業(yè)銀行之一的九江銀行,在支持九江經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用。但是由于行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)愈演愈烈,九江銀行的生存空間不斷受到國(guó)有銀行、全國(guó)性股份制銀行及外資銀行的擠壓。要想求生存、謀發(fā)展就必須對(duì)自身重新定位,制定長(zhǎng)期的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。九江銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略正是本文研究的重點(diǎn),本論題的研究具有一定的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 本文從城市商業(yè)銀行的概念出發(fā),探討九江銀行所面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件,進(jìn)而對(duì)九江銀行進(jìn)行SWOT分析,接著分析了九江銀行可以采取的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后提出了九江銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體對(duì)策。本文在結(jié)構(gòu)上共分六章,第一章是緒論,第二章是城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展概述,第三章是九江銀行發(fā)展的外部環(huán)境分析,第四章是九江銀行發(fā)展的內(nèi)部條件分析,第五章是九江銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施對(duì)策,第六章是結(jié)論與展望。 本文認(rèn)為九江銀行應(yīng)實(shí)行WO戰(zhàn)略——借助外部機(jī)會(huì)來(lái)彌補(bǔ)內(nèi)部劣勢(shì),利用九江政府對(duì)其發(fā)展的支持、國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和升級(jí)和居民消費(fèi)轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)會(huì),進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,為中小企業(yè)和居民提供差異化服務(wù);在穩(wěn)定九江市區(qū)占有率的條件下,逐步擴(kuò)大經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模和地域覆蓋范圍,實(shí)現(xiàn)扎根九江,立足江西,走向全國(guó)的區(qū)域化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,九江銀行必須強(qiáng)化內(nèi)部管理,完善公司治理結(jié)構(gòu);進(jìn)行正確的市場(chǎng)定位;樹(shù)立人才資源是第一資源的的觀念;積極拓展零售業(yè)務(wù)和中間業(yè)務(wù),進(jìn)行金融創(chuàng)新,為客戶提供差異化、特色化的服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The earliest group of urban commercial banks in China was built in 1995, after 15 years of development, it has become a vital force in China's banking system. As one of the third echelons of Chinese banking, Jiujiang bank, one of the city commercial banks, plays a more and more important role in supporting the economic construction of Jiujiang. The survival space of the Bank of Jiujiang is constantly being squeezed by state-owned banks, national joint-stock banks and foreign banks. In order to survive, the development of Jiujiang banks must relocate themselves and formulate long-term strategic planning. The development strategy of the Jiujiang bank is the focus of this study. The research of this thesis has certain theoretical significance and should be of certain significance. Use value.
This paper, starting from the concept of city commercial banks, discusses the external environment and internal conditions facing the Bank of Jiujiang, and then analyzes the Bank of Jiujiang SWOT, then analyzes the development strategy of the Bank of Jiujiang, and finally puts forward the specific countermeasures for the implementation of the development strategy of the Bank of Jiujiang. This article is divided into six chapters in the structure, the first chapter is The second chapter is an overview of the development of urban commercial banks. The third chapter is the analysis of the external environment of the development of Jiujiang bank. The fourth chapter is the analysis of the internal conditions of the development of Jiujiang bank. The fifth chapter is the formulation and implementation of Jiujiang bank development strategy, and the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
This article holds that the Bank of Jiujiang should carry out the WO strategy - to make up the internal weakness with the help of the external opportunities, and to make use of the support of the Jiujiang government for its development, the adjustment and upgrading of the domestic industrial structure and the opportunity for the transformation of residents' consumption, to carry out business innovation, to provide differential services for small and medium-sized enterprises and residents, and to stabilize the possession of Jiujiang urban areas In order to realize the strategy of development, the Bank of Jiujiang must strengthen the internal management, improve the corporate governance structure and carry out the correct market positioning, and develop the concept of the first resource, and actively expand the concept of Jiujiang's talent resources. Retail business and intermediate business, to carry out financial innovation, to provide customers with differentiated, characteristic services.
