MX商業(yè)銀行營業(yè)網點績效考評研究

【摘要】:隨著我國金融服務行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展及銀行產業(yè)全球化競爭激烈程度的日益加劇,在客戶對金融服務更高的要求下,商業(yè)銀行如何充分利用銀行網點現(xiàn)有資源以最優(yōu)的投入獲取更高的效益,如何做強做精各項金融服務業(yè)務充分發(fā)揮效能優(yōu)勢,成為商業(yè)銀行生存發(fā)展的關鍵?茖W搭建我國商業(yè)銀行營業(yè)網點的績效考評體系,基于戰(zhàn)略角度進行框架構建,通過合理、公平、適用的績效考評方法及評價標準研究設計,是實現(xiàn)營業(yè)網點資源優(yōu)化配置,充分發(fā)揮團隊效用,提高經營業(yè)績及市場占有率,保障戰(zhàn)略目標達成的關鍵。本文以MX商業(yè)銀行營業(yè)網點為研究對象,首先,對國內外成熟的績效管理理念及組織績效考評成功案例進行論述,并對MX商業(yè)銀行營業(yè)網點績效考評現(xiàn)狀及問題分析,為方案的設計提供思路及方法。其次,采用平衡計分卡以商業(yè)銀行的組織戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展愿景為導向構建戰(zhàn)略地圖,加強考核辦法對重點戰(zhàn)略驅動因素分解傳導作用,基于經營及發(fā)展重點堅持綜合統(tǒng)籌、全面覆蓋的原則對四個維度的考評指標體系進行設計,并采用層次分析法配置指標權重,堅持“一指標一標準”原則,以提高考評科學性及操行性。最后,從績效考評結果應用、保障舉措方面提出意見及建議,強調必須重視績效考評結果應用及激勵效果,重視績效考評持續(xù)改進、動態(tài)修訂的管理思路,從而打造MX商業(yè)銀行“綜合化、全量化、多功能”的營業(yè)網點,保障MX商業(yè)銀行戰(zhàn)略遠景實現(xiàn)及行業(yè)綜合競爭力提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the financial service industry in our country and the fierce competition of the banking industry globalization, under the higher requirements of the customer to the financial service, How to make full use of the existing resources of the bank network to obtain higher benefits with the best input and how to make the best use of all kinds of financial services to give full play to the advantages of efficiency has become the key to the survival and development of commercial banks. Scientific construction of the performance evaluation system of commercial banks in China, based on the strategic perspective of the framework construction, through reasonable, fair, applicable performance evaluation methods and evaluation standards research and design, is to achieve the optimal allocation of business network resources, Give full play to team utility, improve business performance and market share, ensure the key to achieve strategic objectives. This article takes MX commercial bank business network as the research object, first, discusses the domestic and foreign mature performance management idea and the organization performance appraisal success case, and analyzes the MX commercial bank business network performance appraisal present situation and the question. To provide ideas and methods for the design of the scheme. Secondly, the balanced Scorecard is adopted to construct the strategic map based on the vision of the organization strategy development of the commercial bank, and the assessment method is strengthened to decompose and conduct the key strategic driving factors, and based on the management and development emphasis, it insists on the comprehensive coordination. The principle of comprehensive coverage designs the evaluation index system of four dimensions, and adopts AHP to configure the index weight and adhere to the principle of "one index and one standard" in order to improve the scientific and operational nature of the evaluation. Finally, from the aspect of application of performance evaluation results and protection measures, the author puts forward some suggestions, emphasizes that we must attach importance to the application of performance appraisal results and the effect of incentives, and pay attention to the management ideas of continuous improvement and dynamic revision of performance appraisal. In order to create MX commercial bank "comprehensive, fully quantified, multi-functional" business network, to ensure the realization of the MX commercial bank strategic vision and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the industry.
