【摘要】：隨著我國市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)獲得了空前的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,目前,我國中小企業(yè)數(shù)已占企業(yè)總數(shù)的99%,在促進(jìn)我國就業(yè)人數(shù),活躍市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及提升創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)、科技創(chuàng)新的快速發(fā)展有著重要的作用;與此同時(shí),伴隨人民生活水平的不斷提高,社區(qū)居民對(duì)金融服務(wù)的需求越來越強(qiáng)。但是,在目前的金融體系中,針對(duì)中小企業(yè)和社區(qū)居民的金融服務(wù)還較為薄弱。社區(qū)銀行對(duì)緩解小微企業(yè)借貸問題以及為社區(qū)居民提供特色金融服務(wù)有著舉足輕重的作用。因此,對(duì)社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展策略進(jìn)行研究有著一定的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以興業(yè)銀行河北社區(qū)銀行為研究對(duì)象,在對(duì)國內(nèi)外社區(qū)銀行的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,首先,對(duì)興業(yè)銀行河北社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡述,并且通過員工訪談和居民問卷調(diào)查兩種方式對(duì)興業(yè)銀行河北社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展中存在的問題進(jìn)行了深入分析。其次,借助SWOT矩陣分析的研究框架,從優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)以及威脅四個(gè)維度對(duì)興業(yè)銀行河北社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展環(huán)境進(jìn)行了全面的剖析,并對(duì)可供選擇的策略進(jìn)行了分析;最后,結(jié)合興業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展策略,提出了可以推動(dòng)策略落地的支撐和保障條件。本研究不僅為興業(yè)銀行河北社區(qū)銀行的發(fā)展提供策略建議,研究成果對(duì)我國其他的社區(qū)銀行發(fā)展也具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of market economy in our country, small and medium-sized enterprises have obtained unprecedented development opportunities. At present, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country has accounted for 99% of the total number of enterprises. The rapid development of science and technology innovation plays an important role; at the same time, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, community residents' demand for financial services is becoming stronger and stronger. However, in the current financial system, the financial services for SMEs and community residents are still relatively weak. Community banks play an important role in alleviating the problem of small and micro-enterprise lending and providing community residents with special financial services. Therefore, it has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the development strategy of community bank. This paper takes Hebei Community Bank of Industrial Bank as the research object, on the basis of combing and summing up the relevant theories of the community bank at home and abroad, first of all, expounds the present situation of the development of Hebei Community Bank of Industrial Bank in detail. And through employee interview and resident questionnaire survey, the author deeply analyzes the problems existing in the development of Hebei Community Bank of Industrial Bank. Secondly, with the help of the research framework of SWOT matrix analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the development environment of Hebei Community Bank of Industrial Bank from the four dimensions of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, and analyzes the available strategies. Combined with the development strategy of Societe Generale Bank, this paper puts forward the support and guarantee conditions to promote the strategy landing. This study not only provides strategic suggestions for the development of Hebei Community Bank of Industrial Bank, but also has some reference significance for the development of other community banks in China.
