【摘要】：“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略應(yīng)當(dāng)是雙向發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,除推動和深化我國對外投資,也應(yīng)為我國在新常態(tài)下進一步吸引外資、提升外資發(fā)展水平創(chuàng)造有利局面。隨著我國進入“新常態(tài)”發(fā)展階段,外商投資對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展仍具有十分重要的作用。深入研究新常態(tài)下我國外商投資的新變化和新趨勢,分析“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略給我國外商投資發(fā)展帶來的重要機遇是十分必要的,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住機遇,通過“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略的推進,有效提高我國外商投資發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:The strategy of "Belt and Road" should be a two-way development strategy. In addition to promoting and deepening China's foreign investment, it should also create a favorable situation for China to further attract foreign investment and raise the level of foreign capital development under the new normal state. As China enters the stage of "new normal", foreign investment still plays an important role in economic development. It is necessary to deeply study the new changes and new trends of foreign investment in China under the new normal, and to analyze the important opportunities brought by the "Belt and Road" strategy to the development of foreign investment in China. We should seize the opportunities. Through the "Belt and Road" strategy, effectively improve the level of foreign investment in China.
