【摘要】：當(dāng)前,以名義和實(shí)際收益率衡量的利率水平呈現(xiàn)出逐年降低的整體態(tài)勢,貨幣政策,貨幣政策調(diào)整在影響利率走勢的同時也產(chǎn)生了顯著的收益再分配效應(yīng)。據(jù)此,本文在低利率背景,選取金融和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域?yàn)檠芯恳暯?系統(tǒng)考察了利率下跌的誘因以及貨幣政策調(diào)整所產(chǎn)生的再分配效應(yīng)。研究結(jié)論表明:經(jīng)濟(jì)增長速率放緩、投資與儲蓄失衡以及內(nèi)需不振是造成實(shí)際收益率走低的重要因。此外,貨幣政策調(diào)整在金融和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域?qū)a(chǎn)生再分配效應(yīng),引致利息或收入在不同家庭、部門等群體之間的再分配。
[Abstract]:At present, the level of interest rate, measured by nominal and real rate of return, is decreasing year by year. The adjustment of monetary policy and monetary policy not only affects the trend of interest rate, but also produces a significant income redistribution effect. Therefore, in the context of low interest rate, this paper selects the financial and macroeconomic fields as the research perspective, systematically examines the causes of interest rate decline and the redistribution effect of monetary policy adjustment. The results show that the slowdown of economic growth, the imbalance between investment and savings, and the weak domestic demand are the important reasons for the lower real yield. In addition, monetary policy adjustments will have a redistribution effect in the financial and macroeconomic fields, resulting in the redistribution of interest or income among different groups, such as households, sectors and so on.
