【摘要】：本文基于中資銀行視角,通過(guò)理論結(jié)合實(shí)踐、定性與定量分析、案例分析的研究方法,研究海外項(xiàng)目融資的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)及創(chuàng)新對(duì)策。以實(shí)務(wù)案例對(duì)照和印證,基于希臘國(guó)別特殊性,提煉出機(jī)遇、法律、稅收和資金監(jiān)管四類(lèi)重大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及防控對(duì)策。相比于現(xiàn)有側(cè)重于研究風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控的理論,從微觀層面打開(kāi)創(chuàng)新對(duì)策模式,兼具理論和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of Chinese banks, this paper studies the risk evaluation and innovative countermeasures of overseas project financing by combining theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and case analysis.Based on the country particularity of Greece, four kinds of major risks, such as opportunity, law, tax and fund supervision, and the countermeasures of prevention and control are abstracted by comparison and confirmation of practical cases.Compared with the existing theories which focus on risk prevention and control, it has both theoretical and practical value to open the innovative countermeasure model from the micro level.
