【摘要】：總結(jié)和回顧了國有大型銀行20年改革發(fā)展的主要變化,提出未來國有大型銀行改革轉(zhuǎn)型要以客戶滿意度為引導(dǎo)、以綜合化服務(wù)和精細化管理為兩翼再造發(fā)展新動力,健全激勵約束機制,加強黨的建設(shè),完善公司治理,把握技術(shù)革命的發(fā)展趨勢,實現(xiàn)國有大型銀行的新發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes and reviews the main changes in the reform and development of large state-owned banks in the past 20 years, and points out that the reform and transformation of large state-owned banks in the future should be guided by customer satisfaction, with comprehensive service and fine management as the new driving force for redeveloping the two wings.It is necessary to perfect the mechanism of encouragement and restraint, strengthen the party construction, perfect the corporate governance, grasp the development trend of the technological revolution, and realize the new development of the large state-owned banks.
