【摘要】：證券公司是我國(guó)資本市場(chǎng)的重要組成部分,它的發(fā)展對(duì)于我國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要,在新的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境背景下,同時(shí)在我國(guó)證券公司轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的過(guò)渡時(shí)期,研究證券公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化具有重要意義。本文以山西證券公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析、定性與定量相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)證券行業(yè)上市公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)與成長(zhǎng)能力關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究,明確了對(duì)公司成長(zhǎng)能力有顯著影響的四大業(yè)務(wù)及其影響的方向,繼而從山西證券公司與行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)差異、山西證券公司與行業(yè)代表性企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)差異這兩個(gè)方面對(duì)四大業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行更加具體的對(duì)比分析,找出了山西證券公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)方面的特點(diǎn)和不足,并給出了山西證券公司業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的對(duì)策和建議。研究分析發(fā)現(xiàn),經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)、投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)、資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)和自營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)對(duì)公司成長(zhǎng)能力有顯著性影響,通過(guò)對(duì)比證券行業(yè)平均水平和行業(yè)代表性企業(yè),發(fā)現(xiàn)山西證券公司經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)、資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)、自營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)的收入占比和發(fā)展明顯存在不合理現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)而本文提出了“降低經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)比重,加快經(jīng)紀(jì)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí);保持投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)增長(zhǎng)的良好態(tài)勢(shì),打造核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力業(yè)務(wù);提高資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)比重,做大做強(qiáng)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù);擴(kuò)大自營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)占比,采用智能化的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理策略”這四個(gè)方面的對(duì)策和建議來(lái)優(yōu)化山西證券公司的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu),希望優(yōu)化后的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)能夠促進(jìn)山西證券公司長(zhǎng)久健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The securities company is an important part of our country's capital market, its development is very important for the development of our country's securities market. Under the new market environment, at the same time, in the transitional period of our country's securities company's transformation and development,It is of great significance to study the optimization of business structure of securities companies.This paper takes the business structure of Shanxi Securities Company as the research object, using the method of comparative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, through the empirical study on the relationship between the business structure and growth ability of listed companies in the securities industry.The paper clarifies the four major businesses that have a significant impact on the growth ability of the company and the direction of their influence, and then from the perspective of the structure of Shanxi Securities Company and the industry business structure,The differences between the business structure of Shanxi Securities Company and the representative enterprises of the industry are compared and analyzed more concretely to find out the characteristics and shortcomings of the business structure of Shanxi Securities Company.The countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the business structure of Shanxi Securities Company are also given.It is found that brokerage business, investment banking business, asset management business and proprietary business have a significant impact on the growth ability of the company. By comparing the average level of the securities industry and the representative enterprises in the industry,It is found that the income proportion and development of brokerage business, asset management business and self-operation business of Shanxi Securities Company are obviously unreasonable, and then this paper puts forward "reducing the proportion of brokerage business and speeding up the transformation and upgrading of brokerage business;"To maintain a good growth trend of investment banking business, to build core competitive business, to increase the proportion of asset management business, to expand asset management business, and to expand the proportion of proprietary business,It is hoped that the optimized business structure of Shanxi Securities Company can promote the long-term and healthy development of Shanxi Securities Company.
