【摘要】：選擇2013-2015年深市中小板的581家上市公司作為研究樣本,研究技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效影響,并研究企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性、員工受教育程度對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績(jī)效關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。研究表明:技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性、員工受教育程度對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效都存在正向影響,且技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)企業(yè)績(jī)效的影響存在著滯后效應(yīng),即滯后二期的影響大于滯后一期的影響;企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性正向調(diào)節(jié)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績(jī)效的關(guān)系,員工受教育程度對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新與企業(yè)績(jī)效不存在調(diào)節(jié)作用。中小企業(yè)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)和高校等的合作,提高人員技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的效率,注重企業(yè)自身的成長(zhǎng)性;擴(kuò)大中小企業(yè)融資渠道,增加企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新投入,政府可以通過(guò)設(shè)立中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新研發(fā)基金,減免創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的稅費(fèi)等措施,提高中小企業(yè)的績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:From 2013 to 2015, 581 listed companies of Shenzhen small and medium board were selected as the research samples to study the impact of technological innovation on corporate performance and the growth of enterprises. The effect of employee education on the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise performance. The research shows that technological innovation, enterprise growth and employee education have positive effects on enterprise performance. And the influence of technological innovation on enterprise performance has lag effect, that is, the effect of lag phase is greater than that of lag period, and the relationship between technological innovation and enterprise performance is positively regulated by enterprise growth. The educational level of employees has no regulating effect on technological innovation and enterprise performance. Small and medium-sized enterprises should strengthen cooperation with R & D institutions and colleges and universities to improve the efficiency of personnel technological innovation and pay attention to the growth of enterprises themselves. The government can improve the performance of small and medium-sized enterprises by setting up a fund for small and medium-sized enterprises' innovation research and development and reducing the taxes and fees of innovation output by expanding the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises and increasing the investment of enterprises' technological innovation.
