【摘要】：人民幣匯率水平一直是備受爭(zhēng)議的話題。2005年匯改后,人民幣匯率被低估的聲音不絕于耳。近期,市場(chǎng)上又彌漫著人民幣貶值的擔(dān)憂。那么,人民幣市場(chǎng)匯率能否反映外匯市場(chǎng)供求狀況,是否被低估或高估成為了一個(gè)值得研究的問題。論文采用行為均衡匯率方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)包含匯率、經(jīng)常項(xiàng)目余額占GDP比重、外匯儲(chǔ)備、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率、貿(mào)易條件五個(gè)變量的VAR模型,以此評(píng)估人民幣均衡匯率和匯率失調(diào)程度。研究結(jié)果顯示,2015年8.11匯改后,人民幣實(shí)際有效匯率更貼近均衡匯率水平,人民幣匯率不存在嚴(yán)重匯率失調(diào)。
[Abstract]:The level of the RMB exchange rate has been a controversial topic. After the exchange rate reform in 2005, the RMB exchange rate has been undervalued. Recently, there has been widespread concern about the depreciation of the RMB. Whether the RMB market exchange rate can reflect the supply and demand of foreign exchange market, whether it is undervalued or overvalued has become a problem worth studying. The VAR model of the current account balance as a proportion of GDP, foreign exchange reserves, economic growth rate and terms of trade is used to assess the equilibrium exchange rate of RMB and the degree of exchange rate misalignment. The results of the study show that, after the exchange rate reform on August 11, 2015, The real effective exchange rate of RMB is closer to the equilibrium exchange rate, and there is no serious exchange rate misadjustment in RMB exchange rate.
