【摘要】：首先從金融服務可獲得性、使用效用性、可持續(xù)性和創(chuàng)新性4個維度設計了金融包容性發(fā)展的評價指標體系,并計算和比較了2005-2015年中國31個省市的金融包容性發(fā)展綜合指數(shù)及其區(qū)域差異,在此基礎上實證研究了金融包容性發(fā)展對城鄉(xiāng)居民收入增長及城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響效應。研究結果表明:中國金融包容性發(fā)展水平整體偏低,且呈現(xiàn)出"先升后降"的變化趨勢,金融服務可獲得性對綜合指數(shù)的貢獻最大;中國金融包容性發(fā)展存在巨大的區(qū)域間差異和區(qū)域內(nèi)差異,東部地區(qū)明顯高于中西部地區(qū),同一區(qū)域內(nèi)金融包容性發(fā)展綜合指數(shù)處于中間水平的省份變動相對較大;金融包容性發(fā)展有助于促進城鄉(xiāng)居民收入增長和縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the evaluation index system of financial inclusive development is designed from the four dimensions of financial service availability, utility, sustainability and innovation. The comprehensive index of financial inclusive development of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2005 to 2015 and its regional differences are calculated and compared. On this basis, the paper empirically studies the effect of financial inclusive development on income growth and income gap between urban and rural residents. The results show that the overall level of financial inclusive development in China is on the low side. Moreover, there is a trend of "rising first and then descending". The financial service availability contributes the most to the comprehensive index. There are great regional and intraregional differences in financial inclusive development in China, and the eastern region is obviously higher than the central and western regions. In the same region, the provinces with comprehensive index of financial inclusive development are in the middle level, and the financial inclusive development helps to promote the income growth of urban and rural residents and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents.
