【摘要】：金融轉(zhuǎn)型秩序型構(gòu)離不開制度保障,其中,非正式制度通過直接影響和間接影響兩條渠道對秩序型構(gòu)發(fā)揮重要作用。轉(zhuǎn)型期我國金融非正式制度的穩(wěn)定性被打破,非正式規(guī)則出現(xiàn)變形扭曲,對金融秩序型構(gòu)的阻滯作用明顯。未來要加強觀念先行機制、正式制度保障機制和金融文化支持機制的建設(shè),推動非正式制度供給創(chuàng)新,促進金融轉(zhuǎn)型秩序型構(gòu)目標實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The financial transition order structure can not be separated from the institutional guarantee. Among them, the informal institution plays an important role in the order-oriented structure through direct and indirect influences. The stability of the informal financial system in China has been broken during the transition period. The informal rules are distorted and distorted, and have an obvious blocking effect on the financial order structure. In the future, we should strengthen the construction of the concept first mechanism, the formal system guarantee mechanism and the financial culture support mechanism, and promote the innovation of the informal institution supply. To promote the financial transformation of the order to achieve the goal.
