【摘要】：眾所周知,金融業(yè)的發(fā)展直接影響整個國家的發(fā)展。為了使國家更好的發(fā)展,本論文對金融業(yè)發(fā)展進行了研究,特別是奉張時期東北金融業(yè)的發(fā)展更具代表性,它是東北金融業(yè)由稚嫩逐漸走向成熟的階段。通過借鑒當時培養(yǎng)人才、創(chuàng)建金融機構、貨幣調整等金融方法,結合東北地區(qū)的實際,避免空想主義和脫離實際的主觀主義,探索出一條適合東北金融業(yè)發(fā)展路徑,具有較強的現實意義。論文首先闡述了奉張統治時期東北金融業(yè)的概況,即奉張時期東北金融機構的發(fā)展、金融政策的演變和王永江與東北金融業(yè)發(fā)展的經驗。其中奉張時期東北金融機構主要研究這一時期東北金融機構的創(chuàng)建;研究奉張時期的東北貨幣種類和貨幣貶值情況以及貨幣貶值的影響、采取的措施及結果;王永江對奉張時期東北金融業(yè)發(fā)展采取的措施,這些措施和方法對當代東北金融業(yè)的發(fā)展具有一定的借鑒意義,也是當代東北金融業(yè)發(fā)展的源流。通過研究,總結奉張時期金融業(yè)發(fā)展的基本情況、實現金融迅速發(fā)展需要的各方面條件、也是東北金融發(fā)展的基本思路,進而總結了奉張時期金融業(yè)發(fā)展思想的影響及當代價值。同時在實踐價值上,為新中國成立后的經濟戰(zhàn)略調整和可持續(xù)發(fā)展方面提供了基本經驗;另外,為中國國際化發(fā)展的實現提供了一點的借鑒。借鑒奉張時期東北金融業(yè)發(fā)展的豐富歷史經驗,對完成黨的十八大報告指出“要深化金融體制改革,健全促進宏觀經濟穩(wěn)定,支持實體經濟發(fā)展的現代金融體系,加快發(fā)展多層次資本市場,穩(wěn)定推進利率和匯率市場化改革,逐步實現人民幣資本項目可兌換,加快發(fā)展民營金融機構,完善金融監(jiān)管,推進金融創(chuàng)新,提高銀行、證券、保險等行業(yè)競爭力,維護金融穩(wěn)定”必將產生積極的影響。
[Abstract]:As we all know, the development of the financial industry has a direct impact on the development of the whole country. It is a stage in which the financial industry of Northeast China gradually moves from infancy to maturity. By using the financial methods such as cultivating talents, establishing financial institutions and currency adjustment for reference, combining the reality of Northeast China, we can avoid utopism and subjectivism, which is divorced from reality. It is of great practical significance to explore a path suitable for the development of the financial industry in Northeast China. Firstly, the paper expounds the general situation of the financial industry in Northeast China during the period of "Bong-Zhang" rule, that is, the development of financial institutions in Northeast China during the period of "Bong-Zhang". The evolution of financial policy and the experience of Wang Yongjiang and the development of financial industry in Northeast China. This paper studies the types of currency in Northeast China during the period of Zhang, the situation of currency depreciation, the influence of currency depreciation, the measures and results adopted, and the measures taken by Wang Yongjiang on the development of financial industry in Northeast China during the period of Bongzhang. These measures and methods have certain referential significance to the development of the financial industry of the contemporary Northeast, and are also the source of the development of the financial industry of the contemporary Northeast. Through the research, the paper summarizes the basic situation of the development of the financial industry in the period of Zhang. It is also the basic train of thought to realize the rapid development of finance in Northeast China, which sums up the influence and contemporary value of the development thought of financial industry in the period of expansion, and at the same time, the practical value. It provides basic experience for the adjustment of economic strategy and sustainable development after the founding of New China, and provides some reference for the realization of China's international development. "We should deepen the reform of the financial system, improve the modern financial system that promotes macroeconomic stability, support the development of the real economy, speed up the development of multi-level capital markets, and steadily push forward the reform of the marketization of interest rates and exchange rates." Gradually realizing the convertibility of RMB capital account, speeding up the development of private financial institutions, perfecting financial supervision, promoting financial innovation, improving the competitiveness of banks, securities, insurance and other industries, and maintaining financial stability will surely have a positive impact.
