【摘要】:隨著利率市場(chǎng)化改革的不斷深入,商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)的信貸業(yè)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,以存貸利差收入為主的固有盈利模式受到了極大的沖擊。農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行由于其區(qū)位和資源的限制,盈利能力很難超越同地區(qū)的國(guó)有銀行和股份制商業(yè)銀行。為了繼續(xù)保持其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行亟需進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,從而達(dá)到盈利模式的轉(zhuǎn)變。商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)興起于20世紀(jì)70年代的金融自由化和金融創(chuàng)新浪潮,其占用銀行自身資源較少但盈利豐厚,是商業(yè)銀行重要的新利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。因此,農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)該大力發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù),并對(duì)其發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新和探索,努力加強(qiáng)自身盈利能力,優(yōu)化資源配置,分散經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本文以安徽省農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的理論研究進(jìn)行了回顧,并從中歸納出中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),本文通過分析省內(nèi)幾家具有典型示范性農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)我省農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行在中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中主要存在著中間業(yè)務(wù)產(chǎn)品較少、專業(yè)化人才匱乏、技術(shù)手段落后以及定價(jià)機(jī)制不完善等問題。本文又重點(diǎn)以合肥科技農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行為例,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中間業(yè)務(wù)收入雖然逐年穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng),資源利用效率也有所提升,但仍存在中間業(yè)務(wù)收入占比低,業(yè)務(wù)品種少等問題。最后,本文結(jié)合案例分析,對(duì)安徽省農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的方向提出了一系列的針對(duì)性策略,如加大產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新力度、提高人才投入、升級(jí)科技手段、完善定價(jià)機(jī)制等。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of interest rate marketization reform, the traditional credit business competition of commercial banks is becoming more and more fierce, and the inherent profit model, which is mainly on deposit and loan interest margin, has been greatly impacted. The rural commercial banks are restricted by their location and resources. It is difficult to outperform state-owned banks and joint-stock commercial banks in the same region. In order to maintain their market competitiveness, rural commercial banks urgently need to adjust their business structure. In 1970s, the intermediate business of commercial banks rose in the wave of financial liberalization and financial innovation. It is an important new profit growth point for commercial banks. Therefore, rural commercial banks should vigorously develop intermediate business, innovate and explore their development model, strive to strengthen their profitability, optimize the allocation of resources, and spread operational risks. This paper reviews the theoretical research on intermediate business of commercial banks at home and abroad, and concludes the theoretical basis of innovation and development of intermediate business, taking rural commercial banks of Anhui Province as the research object. Based on the analysis of the actual situation of the intermediate business development of several typical rural commercial banks in the province, it is found that there are few intermediate business products and lack of specialized talents in the innovation and development of the intermediate business in the rural commercial banks of our province. With the example of Hefei Rural Commercial Bank of Science and Technology, it is found that the revenue of intermediate business has increased steadily year by year, and the efficiency of resource utilization has also been improved. However, there are still some problems such as low proportion of intermediate business income and few kinds of business. Finally, this paper puts forward a series of targeted strategies for the innovation and development of intermediate business of rural commercial banks in Anhui Province. Such as increasing the strength of product innovation, improving talent input, upgrading scientific and technological means, and improving pricing mechanism.
