人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營策略研究

【摘要】:自2009年我國成功啟動(dòng)了跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)試點(diǎn)以來,人民幣國際化進(jìn)展迅速,取得了舉世矚目的成績(jī)!吨腥A人民共和國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展第十三個(gè)五年規(guī)劃綱要》明確提出:“有序?qū)崿F(xiàn)人民幣資本項(xiàng)目可兌換,提高可兌換、可自由使用程度,穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)人民幣國際化,推進(jìn)人民幣資本走出去!比嗣駧艊H化不僅對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展進(jìn)程具有里程碑意義,也對(duì)國際金融體系改革歷程具有實(shí)質(zhì)性意義。我國商業(yè)銀行作為金融市場(chǎng)的主體、貨幣流通的中介,在人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。抓住人民幣國際化的戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇進(jìn)行跨國經(jīng)營,是商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對(duì)國內(nèi)激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、提升國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、取得長足發(fā)展的必由之路。本文首先從理論層面把握銀行跨國經(jīng)營動(dòng)因,并基于貨幣替代、金融深化、最優(yōu)貨幣區(qū)等理論,闡釋了商業(yè)銀行在人民幣國際化背景下進(jìn)行跨國經(jīng)營的必然性及兩者之間相互影響的關(guān)系,為本文的寫作奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)而在研究人民幣國際化背景下商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,客觀地分析人民幣國際化背景下商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營有哪些顯著特點(diǎn)。接著全面剖析當(dāng)前我國商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,認(rèn)為人民幣國際化為我國商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營提供了原發(fā)性通道,有助于業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的國際化調(diào)整,也有利于提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。另外,我國商業(yè)銀行在人民幣國際化背景下進(jìn)行跨國經(jīng)營時(shí)間較短,實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)有所欠缺。而美國、日本的銀行分別在美元、日元國際化背景下積累了較多的跨國經(jīng)營經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究美元、日元國際化進(jìn)程中的銀行跨國經(jīng)營實(shí)踐,不僅可以清晰地看到貨幣國際化與銀行跨國經(jīng)營之間如何協(xié)同發(fā)展,為我國商業(yè)銀行在人民幣國際化背景下進(jìn)行跨國經(jīng)營提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,同時(shí)也能夠看到美國、日本跨國經(jīng)營程度較高的銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力何在,從而有針對(duì)性的進(jìn)行跨國經(jīng)營。最后,為商業(yè)銀行在人民幣國際化背景下進(jìn)行跨國經(jīng)營提出戰(zhàn)略建議:區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略上,加大走出去力度,構(gòu)建全球服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò),在布局上注重契合人民幣國際化路徑,遵循以貿(mào)易伙伴為切入點(diǎn),向周邊國家推進(jìn),兼顧歐美發(fā)達(dá)國家和地區(qū),同時(shí)加深與“一帶一路”沿線國家和地區(qū)合作;業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略上,在做強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù)的同時(shí),注重業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,提供差異化、個(gè)性化的服務(wù);經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略上,努力推進(jìn)內(nèi)外聯(lián)動(dòng)和集團(tuán)一體化發(fā)展,不斷增強(qiáng)商業(yè)銀行在東道國本地的發(fā)展能力,使得商業(yè)銀行的跨國經(jīng)營從“走出去”到“走進(jìn)去”;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理戰(zhàn)略上,完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制系統(tǒng),加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,堅(jiān)持穩(wěn)健審慎的發(fā)展策略,使商業(yè)銀行跨國經(jīng)營實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2009, China successfully launched the cross-border trade RMB settlement business pilot, RMB internationalization has made rapid progress. The outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of the people's Republic of China clearly states: "in an orderly manner, RMB capital accounts can be converted and convertibility enhanced." "RMB internationalization is not only a milestone in the development of China's economic globalization, but also a steady advance in the internationalization of RMB and the development of RMB capital," he said. China's commercial banks, as the main body of the financial market, the intermediary of the circulation of money. In the process of RMB internationalization, it plays an irreplaceable role. To seize the strategic opportunity of RMB internationalization to conduct transnational operations is for commercial banks to cope with fierce domestic competition and enhance international competitiveness. The only way to make great progress is to grasp the motivation of transnational operation of banks from the theoretical level, and based on the theory of currency substitution, financial deepening, optimal currency area and so on. This paper expounds the inevitability of transnational operation of commercial banks under the background of RMB internationalization and the relationship between the two. In order to lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of this paper, and then on the basis of studying the current situation of commercial banks' transnational operation under the background of RMB internationalization. This paper objectively analyzes the characteristics of commercial banks' transnational operation under the background of RMB internationalization, and then comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of our commercial banks' transnational operations. It is believed that RMB internationalization provides a primary channel for the transnational operation of Chinese commercial banks, helps to adjust the international business structure, and also helps to improve their own competitiveness. Under the background of internationalization of RMB, Chinese commercial banks have short time of transnational operation and lack of practical experience, while the banks of the United States and Japan are respectively in US dollars. Under the background of Japanese yen internationalization, we have accumulated more experience of transnational operation, and studied the practice of transnational operation of banks in the process of internationalization of US dollar and Japanese yen. Not only can we clearly see how to coordinate the development between currency internationalization and bank transnational operation, but also can see the United States for our commercial banks to carry out transnational operation under the background of RMB internationalization. Where is the competitiveness of the Japanese banks with high degree of transnational operation, so as to conduct transnational operations. Finally, the paper puts forward some strategic suggestions for commercial banks to carry out transnational operations under the background of RMB internationalization: regional strategy. Step up to go out, build a global service network, focus on the layout of the RMB internationalization path, follow the trading partners as the entry point, to the surrounding countries, taking into account the developed countries and regions in Europe and the United States. At the same time, deepen cooperation with countries and regions along "Belt and Road"; In business strategy, while strengthening the basic business, we should pay attention to business innovation and provide differentiated and personalized services. In terms of management strategy, we should make great efforts to promote the development of internal and external linkage and group integration, constantly strengthen the development ability of commercial banks in the host country, and make the transnational operation of commercial banks go from "going out" to "going in"; On the risk management strategy, we should perfect the risk control system, strengthen the risk management, adhere to the prudent development strategy, so that the commercial banks can realize the stable development of transnational operation.
