【摘要】：文章討論了在"銀行-企業(yè)"不完全信息條件下,國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)和出口企業(yè)面對(duì)的信貸約束為何不同。由于企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)率等信息對(duì)于銀行而言屬于內(nèi)部信息,銀行為了保持激勵(lì)相容,會(huì)向企業(yè)提供少于企業(yè)所需最優(yōu)數(shù)量的貸款。這種貸款的約束構(gòu)成了企業(yè)面對(duì)的信貸約束。出口企業(yè)的運(yùn)輸時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),相比國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)就會(huì)面臨更緊的信貸約束。使用中國(guó)企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證這一理論,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)而言,出口業(yè)務(wù)占比越大、運(yùn)輸時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)、生產(chǎn)率差異越大,企業(yè)面臨的信貸約束也就越緊。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses why domestic enterprises and export enterprises face different credit constraints under the condition of "Bank-enterprise" incomplete information, because the enterprise productivity and other information are internal information to the bank. In order to maintain incentive compatibility, banks will provide enterprises with less than the optimal amount of loans required by enterprises. Such loan constraints constitute the credit constraints faced by enterprises. The longer the export enterprises transport time. Compared with domestic enterprises, they will face tighter credit constraints. Using the data of Chinese enterprises to verify this theory, we find that for Chinese enterprises, the larger the proportion of export business, the longer the transportation time. The greater the productivity gap, the tighter credit constraints companies face.
