【摘要】：近年來,隨著人民幣逐漸走向國際化,人民幣匯率的變動受到國內外的密切關注。在經濟日益開放化的今天,匯率作為影響一國價格水平的重要因素,其變動及其價格傳遞效應必然會導致一國進出口商品價格的變動,進而對該國內商品價格產生重要的影響。我國是一個人口眾多的農業(yè)大國,同時又是世界上重要農產物的出產國和需求國,農產品的進出口貿易在我國國際貿易中占有很大的比重。農產品價格波動劇烈,對農民收入和農業(yè)發(fā)展將會產生重大的影響,農產品價格的穩(wěn)定是關系到國計民生的大事,研究人民幣匯率變動對進出口農產品價格的影響具有十分重要的理論意義和現實意義。根據傳統(tǒng)的國際貿易理論,在滿足馬歇爾-勒納條件的前提下,匯率變動影響進出口商品價格的程度取決于匯率變動對進出口商品價格的傳遞程度。在同樣的條件下,匯率變動的價格傳遞程度越低,則其變動對進出口商品價格的影響就越小。因此,研究人民幣匯率變動對我國農產品價格變動的影響,不僅要研究人民幣匯率變動是否為我國進出口農產品價格變動的重要影響因素,更要研究其變動能否完全、及時地反映到國內農產品價格上來,即人民幣匯率變動的傳遞效應問題。本文研究匯率變動對我國農產品進口價格的傳遞效應。在對國內外研究文獻進行梳理和我國進口農產品現狀分析的基礎上,選取2007年1月至2016年1月的人民幣匯率和我國農產品進口價格的月度數據,借鑒匯率變動對產品價格的傳遞效應理論,運用協整檢驗、格蘭杰因果關系檢驗、脈沖響應分析和方差分解等多種計量經濟方法,對人民幣匯率變動對我國農產品進口價格的傳遞效應進行了實證分析。結果表明:一國貨幣的實際有效匯率在很長期間內都與農產品進口價格保持著穩(wěn)定的均衡關系,且兩者之間是單向的關系,不會出現交叉影響。為了更全面的分析人民幣匯率變動對我國農產品進口價格的傳遞效應,本文還選取人民幣對澳大利亞和美國兩國匯率作為典型代表,進一步實證分析了匯率變動對我國農產品進口價格傳遞效應的國別差異。結果顯示:人民幣匯率變動對農產品進口價格的影響因國家而異,但傳遞效應的結果基本相同,都離不開匯率傳遞的規(guī)律。本文最后對全文進行了總結并提出了促進我國農產品貿易發(fā)展的相關政策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual internationalization of RMB, the change of RMB exchange rate has been paid close attention at home and abroad. In the increasingly open economy today, the exchange rate as an important factor affecting the price level of a country. Its change and its price transfer effect will inevitably lead to the change of the import and export commodity price of a country, and then have an important influence on the domestic commodity price. China is a large agricultural country with a large population. At the same time, it is also an important agricultural products production and demand countries in the world, the import and export of agricultural products in China's international trade occupies a large proportion, the price of agricultural products fluctuate sharply. It will have a great impact on farmers' income and agricultural development, and the stability of agricultural product prices is a major event related to the national economy and people's livelihood. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of RMB exchange rate changes on the prices of import and export agricultural products. According to the traditional international trade theory, under the premise of meeting the Marshall-Lerner condition. The degree of exchange rate change affects the price of import and export commodities depends on the degree of transmission of exchange rate change to the price of import and export commodity. Under the same conditions, the degree of price transfer of exchange rate change is lower. Therefore, the influence of RMB exchange rate on the price of agricultural products in China is studied. It is necessary not only to study whether the RMB exchange rate change is an important factor affecting the price change of China's import and export agricultural products, but also to study whether the changes can be completely and timely reflected on the prices of domestic agricultural products. Namely, the transfer effect of RMB exchange rate change. This paper studies the transfer effect of exchange rate change on the import price of agricultural products in China. On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research literature and analyzing the current situation of imported agricultural products in China. Based on the monthly data of RMB exchange rate from January 2007 to January 2016 and the import price of agricultural products in China, this paper applies the theory of transfer effect of exchange rate change to product price and applies cointegration test. Granger causality test impulse response analysis and variance decomposition and other econometric methods. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the transfer effect of RMB exchange rate changes on the import prices of agricultural products in China. The results show that:. The real effective exchange rate of a country's currency has maintained a stable equilibrium relationship with the import price of agricultural products for a long period of time. And the relationship between the two is one-way, there will not be a cross-impact. In order to more comprehensive analysis of the RMB exchange rate changes on China's agricultural import price transmission effect. This paper also selects the RMB exchange rate against Australia and the United States as a typical representative. Further empirical analysis of the impact of exchange rate changes on the price transfer of agricultural products in China, the results show that: the impact of RMB exchange rate changes on the prices of agricultural imports varies from country to country. However, the result of transmission effect is basically the same, which can not be separated from the law of exchange rate transmission. Finally, this paper summarizes the full text and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to promote the development of agricultural trade in China.
