【摘要】：正綠色債券是指將所募資金專門為綠色項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行融資、再融資的金融工具。中國(guó)綠色債券市場(chǎng)起步不久,但發(fā)展迅速。2015年12月起中國(guó)人民銀行、發(fā)改委、上交所、深交所相繼推出的綠色債券發(fā)行指引,建立了綠色債券體系。經(jīng)過一年以來的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)綠色債券市場(chǎng)(含場(chǎng)內(nèi)場(chǎng)外市場(chǎng))穩(wěn)步成長(zhǎng)。2016年綠色債券共計(jì)發(fā)行53期,發(fā)行規(guī)模2052.31億元,其中,綠色金融債券和綠色企業(yè)債券為主要的發(fā)行產(chǎn)品。比較而言,交易所綠色公司債券發(fā)展
[Abstract]:The positive green bond refers to the financial instrument that will raise funds to finance and refinance the green project. The green bond market of China has started soon, but has developed rapidly. The people's Bank of China has been on December 2015.
