【摘要】：外匯風(fēng)險對沖會導(dǎo)致企業(yè)價值產(chǎn)生變化,且這一變化會呈現(xiàn)出地域之間的差異性。利用2011年至2015年海外施工企業(yè)的數(shù)據(jù)的產(chǎn)證檢驗(yàn)表明,外匯衍生品與企業(yè)價值呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,而外匯風(fēng)險對沖程度與企業(yè)價值之間并非是線性的關(guān)系而是呈現(xiàn)出"U"型特征。進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),高市場化區(qū)域內(nèi)的企業(yè)拐點(diǎn)比低市場化區(qū)域內(nèi)的企業(yè)拐點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)得更早。這一結(jié)論表明,企業(yè)在匯率風(fēng)險管理過程中應(yīng)在一定程度內(nèi)增加外匯衍生品這一金融工具的運(yùn)用;同時,應(yīng)加快市場化進(jìn)程較低區(qū)域內(nèi)外匯衍生品市場的發(fā)展和人才儲備。
[Abstract]:Foreign exchange risk hedging will lead to a change in enterprise value, and this change will present regional differences. Using the data of overseas construction enterprises from 2011 to 2015, the certificate of production test shows that. There is a positive correlation between foreign exchange derivatives and firm value, and the relationship between hedging degree of foreign exchange risk and firm value is not linear, but shows a "U" pattern. The enterprise inflection point in the high market area appears earlier than that in the low market area. This conclusion indicates that the enterprise inflexion point appears earlier than the enterprise inflexion point in the low market area. In the process of exchange rate risk management, enterprises should increase the use of foreign exchange derivatives as a financial instrument to a certain extent; At the same time, the development of foreign exchange derivatives market and talent reserve should be accelerated.
