【摘要】：我國(guó)人口基數(shù)大、行業(yè)形式豐富,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中起到關(guān)鍵作用的中小型企業(yè)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)比重中占據(jù)重要地位,是目前多樣化市場(chǎng)形勢(shì)下實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛的主要力量�，F(xiàn)階段經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)較為嚴(yán)峻,加之又有國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的參與,使得國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)展必須重視中小型企業(yè)的生存危機(jī),并對(duì)此提供一定的幫助。隨著這幾年金融業(yè)的迅速崛起,融資市場(chǎng)上出現(xiàn)的新三板為中小型企業(yè)帶來(lái)了希望,是一種較為適合我國(guó)中小企業(yè)的融資渠道,一定程度地解決了中小企業(yè)融資難的困境。但是由于中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的資本市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、形式多樣等特點(diǎn),要實(shí)現(xiàn)新三板對(duì)企業(yè)融資產(chǎn)生巨大貢獻(xiàn)還尚待觀察和研究。本文首先介紹了新三板市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展情況,闡述了新三板市場(chǎng)的特點(diǎn)；其次,論述了中小企業(yè)在新三板市場(chǎng)融資存在的問(wèn)題；再次,采用回歸分析法,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)中小企業(yè)在新三板市場(chǎng)掛牌后的融資效果并得出結(jié)論；最后,提出改善新三板融資效果的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:China's large population, rich in the form of industry, plays a key role in the economic development of the small and medium-sized enterprises occupy the important position in the national economy, is the main force for economic development at present diversified market situation. The current economic situation is more severe, and there is the international competition in the domestic development must pay attention to small and medium-sized enterprises to survive the crisis, and to provide some help. With the rapid rise in recent years, the financial industry, the new board appear on the market financing brings hope for small and medium enterprises, is a more suitable for China's small and medium-sized enterprises financing channels, to a certain extent to solve the SME financing dilemma but because of the structure of the capital market Chinese domestic complex, various forms and so on, to achieve the new board on the financing of enterprises have great contribution has yet to be observed and studied. This paper first introduces Introduces the development of the new third market, expounds the characteristics of the new third market; secondly, discusses the small and medium-sized enterprises financing in the new third market; thirdly, using regression analysis method, empirical test of small and medium-sized enterprises and concluded in the new third board market after listing the financing effect; finally, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the new the third financing effect.
