【摘要】：關(guān)于人民幣是否能夠成為國際貨幣,還是會停留在區(qū)域貨幣層面的討論,早在20世紀(jì)90年代就已開始。支持者認(rèn)為,人民幣具備成為全球關(guān)鍵國際貨幣的條件,未來必然可以與美元匹敵;悲觀者認(rèn)為,人民幣可以像歐元一樣成為主導(dǎo)區(qū)域貨幣,利用自身優(yōu)勢協(xié)調(diào)亞洲區(qū)域內(nèi)的供應(yīng)鏈聯(lián)系并深化各國機構(gòu)間的合作。筆者認(rèn)為人民幣未來在國際貨幣秩序中扮演的角色,取決于人民幣競爭力提升的進程,以及這個競爭力增強過程中支撐一國貨幣競爭力提高的影響因素,從而使得人民幣從流通手段貨幣、支付手段貨幣轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橛媰r單位貨幣和國際儲備貨幣。
[Abstract]:Discussions about whether the yuan can become an international currency or whether it will remain at the regional monetary level began as early as 1990s, supporters say. The renminbi is equipped to become a key international currency in the world, and will certainly be able to match the US dollar in the future. Pessimists believe that the renminbi can become the dominant regional currency like the euro. The author thinks that the future role of RMB in the international monetary order depends on the process of enhancing the competitiveness of RMB. And the influencing factors that support a country's monetary competitiveness in the process of strengthening competitiveness, so as to change the RMB from the currency of currency and means of payment to the unit currency and international reserve currency.
