【摘要】：本文從國會單個(gè)議員和國會整體兩個(gè)層面通過二值選擇模型分析美國國會對國際貨幣基金組織議案投票的影響。在單個(gè)議員層面,對議員政黨屬性、意識形態(tài)傾向、相關(guān)利益集團(tuán)、所在選區(qū)利益四個(gè)因素的經(jīng)驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)顯示:議員來自民主黨,自由主義意識形態(tài)傾向越強(qiáng),獲得金融利益集團(tuán)的政治捐資越多,將越支持基金組織議案,而選區(qū)金融產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展程度則與議員的投票行為具有負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。在國會整體層面,民主黨成為眾議院多數(shù)黨對國會通過基金組織議案影響顯著,美國良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長也有利于國會通過基金組織議案。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the influence of the United States Congress on the vote of the International Monetary Fund bill from the two levels of the single member of Congress and the whole Congress through the binary selection model. At the level of the single member of Congress, the attribute of the political party to the member of Congress. The empirical test of the four factors of ideological tendency, related interest groups and the interests of their constituency shows that: the stronger the liberal ideological tendency, the more political donations from financial interest groups. More support will be given to the IMF bill, while the degree of development of the constituency's financial industry has a negative correlation with the voting behavior of lawmakers, at the overall level of Congress. The Democratic majority in the House of Representatives has had a significant impact on the passage of the IMF bill by Congress, and good economic growth in the United States has also facilitated the passage of the IMF bill by Congress.
